It's happened several times now where they give me the wrong size coffee when I always order venti. The drive through order... screen even says venti, but I keep getting handed grandes. By far the worst Starbucks I?ve ever been to as far as customer service and their chai taste like hot water. I guess the barista... thinks that she can speak to customers any type of way telling them when they can make their mobile order excuse me Missy peoplemake mobile orders when they feel as if they?re in an area of a Starbucks especially when you?re unfamiliar with the area sosorry I didn?t give you the full 10 minutes that you needed to prepare my food as I was not in a hurry. You were just flat outrude you need to go to McDonald?s in work . And this is towards the Karen that worked on Monday morning August 1 around 8:20 AM.If I would have given this place 10 minutes to prepare my food my coffee would?ve been pretty much lukewarm. Worst experience ever at this location! The lid was not put on properly on my coffee cup and it spilled all over my car before I... even took off out of drive-thru. I asked the person at the window for a damp cloth and she gave me a cloth but acted like shecouldn't moisten it for me and acted as if it's my fault the coffee spilled! Not apology or anything! On top of that the lid wasnot on the cup properly because she used 2 cups not sure why?! I won't be going back to this location ever.
