Their soda machines weren?t working, so I was forced to get water. The drive thru worker asked what size and I asked for a... medium. When I got to the second window they handed me a small water and when I told her I asked for a medium the lady saidthere would be an up charge. I mentioned I?d prefer soda but that wasn?t an option. No acknowledgment or sympathy for this fact.I didn?t realize water or medium sized cups were so coveted. As for the drive thru, why bother asking me what size then? And whydidn?t the drive thru worker mention that the medium water would cost more (ridiculous). Additionally, I asked for dippingsauces which were not in the bag. Would not recommend this location for lack of empathy and for severe incompetence. Read more

Rude lady in drive thru didn't even acknowledge our existence at the speaker, sat there for minutes so we pulled up to the... window to order and she said you need to pull around and order. This McDonald?s absolutely sucks. They are extremely slow, nobody understands you, they get the order wrong almost every time,... rude, dirty store, and when u go inside to order or pick up food YOU GET COMPLETELY IGNORED unless u scream for someone to payattention to you after politely trying to get someone?s attention for 10 minutes. In all of my life come out of all of the McDonald's I have been to, and I have 4 children, this is the absolute worst one! It's... not that it's dirty, it's the horrible customer service you get every single time! The ladies who take your orders in the drivethru have the worst attitudes. And the managers they higher have even worse ones. It could be that the managers are so horriblethat they make all of their employees miserable. This is the worst McDonald's i have ever been to! If i could give it zero stars i would! I came thru the drive thru and ordered ... a fish sandwich meal that only had a half slice of cheese and tartar sauce on the other half of the sandwich with no cheese. Ialso got a big mac n it didn't have big mac sauce. I called and spoke to the manager Judy if thats her real name and she saidshe couldn't replace my 2 meals only one sandwich and i have to drive all the way back there from Wisconsin she vouldnt justsemd a coupon in the mail to be more convenient since gas prices are already high as it is. Always quick fast and friendly service. Was very satisfied with food. Tasted very good for McDonalds, and was given to us very... fast. I was in a large party, and even with all of our orders, it was very quick. Less than five minutes for all of us. The playplace was very clean and nice, and all of our children had a lot of fun playing in there. Service was friendly and quick. TheMcRib sign was up, however they didn?t have it with them.
