I go through the drive through everytime something is wrong. So I check my order and everything is there wow great I get home... and my culvers deluxe looked like they picked it up off the floor. It was disgusting with two doughy bottoms for the top andbottom bun and ketchup and mustard with two pickles it was the most disgusting sandwich I ever saw in my life. I've had numerous bad experiences at this location but this one was the icing on the cake. After receiving a chicken sandwich... that was made of 80% materials from a Firestone tire factory, I tried to salvage enough to make it even half my money's worth. Ithen brought it back up to the counter to the sweet young girl who promptly apologized and brought it to the attention of her(presumed) "manager" who, without missing a beat, said "he already ate most of it anyways", to that I ask, how? It was as thoughthey had stuck a dog toy under a bun and called it a sandwich. Following numerous under-the-breath comments from multiple staffmembers, one poorly dressed witch with too much make up rudely told me to go sit down and that it will be out in around 5minutes. I'd need more than two hands to count the times I've excused this company for poor service with good food and viceversa but there isn't a single excuse for this and I will not be returning. Read more
