The Pho has been great throughout the 2 or 3 times this place has changed hands in the last 7 or 8 years. The service and facade... have gone down hill with every new owner. They need better lighting in the parking lot, you can hardly tell they are open. Thenew owners like to party and get loud out in the dining area, which is fine if the place was packed and loud but when you're theonly other person/people in there, it comes off as very unprofessional. The service is lacking in the front of the house. Theyoung kid and the tall white guy make me feel embarrassed for them. They make their business known in every regard, all exceptfor the business of getting people fed and charged out. Too busy watching their phones on full blast, trying to entertain eachother rather than run the restaurant and serve the customers. Sad to see this spot make such a decline, it used to beconstantly filled to capacity; now it's a ghost town. Read more

Just like CreAsians except no crowd. The menu is the same. However I think CreAsians a tad better. Service was excellent. I... will be back. Read more

I am a big fan of bò kho this restaurant makes their version slightly different compared to other places, in that the stew is... healthier. What this means is that we can visibly see that their is less fat in the stew. Like most Vietnamese places in thispart of California they have access to fresh ingredients and offer a lot more than just bò kho. If you want to eat healthierbut feel conflicted about the stew worry not as that guilt is taken away by the fresh and tasteful options they provide. I havespoken to the owner and he seems like a lovely person clearly this is a smaller run business. If you feel that you are not beingtaken care of, raise your hand and speak to someone about your concerns. If it is busy than you know that you are in good placewhen it comes to delicious food remember the affordability of this cuisine makes it a very enticing option. Read more
