It?s McDonald?s. How the hell else am I supposed to review this? I legit look in both directions to make sure no one I know... sees me going into this place because I?m closeted about my mild enjoyment of torture meat served by underpaid food slaves and Ihonestly feel an enormous amount of guilt for supporting this corp in any way shape or form. Ronald McDonald is a flippin creepalso and y?all should feel bad. And what the hell is this 30+ dollars for two meals price tag y?all have landed on? And whyisn?t the service fast anymore? This is a decent McDonalds. I?ve never had them mess up my food in the last 9 months. The secret weapon is downloading the app... to your phone, it has really good coupons and you can skip the drive through and let them bring it out to your car. Read more
If I could give them 0 stars I would but goofle requires you to at least put one star. But the service here was Horrible! Every... time we come here late at night they always make us fresh cookies when we order it. However, tonight?! They werent interested atall. The worker that was placing our ordered confirmed that we can order a cookie tote then someone else comes on the intercomand says Sorry our oven is not working. Then my husband says is it actually because you guys are closing and she said yes shescleaning it. But why would she be cleaning it if she JUST said the ovens not working? Do better McDonalds and hire people thatactually want to do their job. Your co-worker got caught in a lie and basically admitted that she did not want to bake thecookies that usually takes 5 minutes and it was JUST 15 min before closing time. How lazy and sad. And this is not the firsttime. They never want to make ice cream, shakes or frappes at night but I dont see anywhere on any McDonalds website or policythat you guys aren't allowed to make it at a certain time at night. Like I said, Do Better or just shut the whole McDonalds downon Deer Valley in Antioch, CA!!! This is going on yelp too ! The new manager doesn?t know how to look up mobile orders, you give them the mobile code and they give you your order, manager... said it was not possible. LMAO what? Please Mcdonald?s get her retrained. Never had this problem before. Read more
