If I could give negative stars I would. That's how frustrated I am with this place. Put in an order for 50 smoothie snack packs... online to be picked up this afternoon. I called the store to confirm that my order had been received and that everything wouldbe set for pickup. The only thing is that NO ONE ever picks up the phone. The phone just rings continuously. Then I get anautomated message that the says "the person that I am trying to reach has a voice mail that has not been set-up yet. Please trymy call again." Contacted the online customer service number and they couldn't even reach anyone at the store. Shouldn't theyhave a secret bat number that they could use to get a hold of someone? This is incredibly ridiculous. I guess a drive over thereis the next best thing. Geez Louise! This place is horrible! Read more
This place is poorly managed no fault to any of the employees but I ordered a acia bowl and got it in a small cup another time I... ordered a bowl they said they were out of bowls the last time I ordered is the last draw and straight up said no ordering bowlsright now. Customers go there to order on our time not the other way around. This place is probably the worst Jamba in thelocation I don?t know how many other times I have had my drink a quarter of the way not filled and expect you to be ok with it.I can go on with bad experiences at this location. Ordered orange dream machine with a free drink card and it did not look orange at all it was more pink and it had tasted like... oranges but barely. I'm assuming it was the white gummi after looking it up which I cannot have because I am allergic to soymilk and the workers kept convincing me that was the one and when I drank it my mouth was all raw so it wasn't the orange dreammachine after all. Horrible service. Stood in line for 10 minutes before someone said anything or attempted to help. They had a stack of 20... blenders and decided to wash them all before taking our order. Understaffed and Poor time management skills. A simple ?We willbe right with you? would have been enough. But it literally felt like we were ghosts. Bathroom said out of order which was abummer because we had a three hour drive ahead and was using this as a pit stop. Will have to go to Starbucks next door??????????? Read more
The quality of Jamba is consistent, that much you can rely on. What?s unacceptable is the service. Hiring teens is great, but in... doing so as a large organization you need to create training and development for proper customer service skills. At no time isit ok to have a line of people waiting for their beverages to be blended and the people behind the counter are more engaged intalking to each other than actually fulfilling the orders. The young men behind the counter are pleasant and I dont think theymean to slack, this is more of a training and development issue. These young people need to be taught the skills needed if theyare going to be entrusted in representing a large brand like Jamba Juice. Read more
Horrible experience! I called this location 4 times in the am to place an order and nobody answered. When I drove to the store... to place my order they were extremely rude, didn?t want to make my drink on the secret menu, and then forgot to make a drinkthat I ordered. This location is by far the worst Jamba. They don?t even have Jamba Juice branded cups. Read more
