Horrible drive thru not sure how it is during the day but we went at like 1230am drive thru line 10 cars deep. We sat in line... for almost 10 mins before we even moved then it took another 15 to even get to order box by the time we actually got in line andgot or order and actually drive home probably 40 mins bad experience Read more

I've only gone thru their drive thru services and is fairly satisfied with their customer service skills. They're friendly and... fairly efficient. I seldomly have to wait long for my food. But then again I don't go during "busy" time. I go when we don'tfeel like cooking or right after one of our kids games. Read more

Went through the drive thru, ordered a #15 medium (chicken nuggets) sub an Oreo shake. Waited quite a while in the drive thru... line. Finally got my order and got home only to find I had fries and stuffed jalapenos... Drove back showed her my receipt andshe got a box and put the bag together and gave it to me.. I should have checked again, but unfortunately I was too trustingthat the manager would be able to fix the problem... Got home to find that instead of chicken nuggets she gave me freaking onionrings. I do not have the energy to go back again. I'm so irritated. Read more

This location use to have the best costumer service. Now it's all bad. They don't apologize when the make mistakes. They're like... Oh well. Don't care about the wasted and time it takes to come back to correct they're mistake. Read more

Horrible service! Not only that they take for ever to take your order but they are extremely rude. The customer service is poor!... I truly understand that, specially those jobs are really stressful due to the high volume of clients at night but if you cannotkeep up with your job specially as a shift leader or assistant manager then look for a Job that makes you happier. As clients wedo not deserve poor service and nasty food just because you been working ?12 hours? we are paying for our food and service atleast we should deserve a better experience. Tonight I was in line for almost 45 minutes waiting for them to take our order,once we got to the window their ApplePay machine was not working and instead of apologizing for the inconvenience (LUCIA) wasreally rude and disrespectful, stating that my card was not supportive by their system when I have used it before at Jack in theBox (it?s a normal debit card added to my applePay) she even yelled at us stating that she was there working for 12 hours andthat she could not do anything for us. I was not expecting them to gift us any food but at least a little bit of more respectand out of courtesy to try to use another register or at least a better customer service. Family was visiting from Tennessee andthis was a very embarrassing experience. I will never visit this Jack in the Box nor recommend it to any family or friends.Specially if Lucia it?s in charge, horrible person, no ethics at all and it seems like she hates her job and her life. I feelsorry for her. Please if you work at customer service let?s make a better experience for everyone, treat people how you wouldlike to be treated. Read more
