One of the many times we have ordered, it says the order is in prep for almost an hour. When we call to inquire about the... status of our order, the manager (who sounds like he's high) says he couldn't find the order, then he finds it after muchlying. He told us the website said 1 - 1/2 hours. It did not!! It told us 45 minutes. Then he proceeded to argue with usand lie more and make excuses!! We told him to cancel the order and then 15 minutes later the pizza showed up cold!!! I willnever order from this Domino's again!!! This store doesn't care about their customers or their quality of service!!! If Icould give them zero rating I would!!! Read more
The workers are super rude!!! Asked for no cheese and they put it on and the guy said ?idk it has whatever on there? is this how... you treat your customers??? And this isn?t the first time it has happened instead of apologizing or giving us a new one we get aattitude???? Super rude switching to Little Caesars. Read more
My Brooklyn style, Steak, Bacon & spreaded Asiago cheese was satisfactory, but my Pan Pizza w/ Pepperoni, Sausage & Mushroom... yesterday was delicious and worth buying again. Used the $7.99 coupon for a "3 toping pizza w/ any crust" but had the hardesttime getting the online form to charge me $7.99 I learned in-store (after requesting the manager because the sales person wasunhelpful) that Philly Steak & Chicken (along with non-marinara sauce) are premium and cost extra. So the ordering experiencewas not fun but the pizza was what I was looking for. I will be back for more. Read more

This Bucannan store is the slowest pizza place ever. It was great a few months ago but now the service is terrible. Takes at... least 1:30 min to 3 hours to get ur pizza. Then wen u call u can never get through like they leave the phone off the hook. Read more
I waited in line 20 minutes while a young lady folded boxes at the counter and couldn't find my order that was sitting on a... shelf of other completed orders, all while my Domino's App said my order was complete and ready for pickup. I had to ask thegirl for help since she ignored me while standing at the front counter (and so did everyone else who was waiting in line). Sheacted as of we didn't exist. I'm so beyond frustrated. Solid pizza spot. They always get my order right. They?re fast and friendly too, which makes the process easier.
