This place is amazing because most of the front staff are people my age. For that reason alone, this place deserves a break. The... food is always gonna be just aight it's a friggin chilies. I celebrated my 21'st birthday here with my close family, though Ialmost pleaded otherwise because it was late and working as a server before it's understandable that that's usually when qualitystarts to slip. Our server quickly showed me why you never count out a chain restaurant. He served us timely along with holdingit down with Togo orders in the back probably. Went to Chili's at Slattten Ranch today for lunch around 12 noon. Most of the tables were empty and the person at the door told... us that maybe we should just come back as they were really short of help. It would be quite awhile before we could even sitdown. I asked was their cooking staff short too and he said yes. Good! Thanks Chili's. We then went to Panera's restaurant. Great Lunch! Panera's always gets 5 Stars. Read more
The quality of food and service has degraded over the years. Serving sizes have been reduced as well. I ordered a salad and the... lettuce was wilted and the chicken was tough. So, on this Thursday evening 7/2822 around 6 o?clock, we stopped in for dinner, we decided to sit at the bar. The girl working... behind the bar didn?t even acknowledge us, we waited 10 minutes?. We pushed dirty dishes to make room? still noacknowledgement? She seemed more worried about her tips and was sllloooowwww? we left ? and I doubt we will return?.???? I order a classic sirloin steak with avocadoand And a house salad But I didn't get any avocado on my meal. I also did not get a... fork and napkin. The service was great my waitress Kimi was on top of everything. She knew all the hot sauces which is good and she made sure we... were doing good the whole time. But I did not like the food. I don?t know if it?s because we came around 11:30am and the chefdoesn't care about how the food tastes that early. We ordered the fajitas and i have ordered it many times and it is alwaysgreat! Today, they were undercooked and it was gross. I didn?t want to start any issues because I had to leave to work and thewaitress was good, but I waisted my money and didn?t eat any of it. I ordered the chicken crispers and they were cold and soggy.I have no idea how u can mess up on something so simple. Chili's has been my favorite place to go for years, but recently the quality of food, and service have gone downhill. After... taking our food order the waitress never came again to check on the table. It wasn't even busy she only had two tables withcustomers in her section. We went looking for her to get a refill on drinks and found her on the side of the restaurant that wasclosed (because they lacked customers). She and all the other servers were hanging out chatting in a big group. Every Chilis islike this now and I won' t be going anymore. Read more
