Indian Restaurants lunch buffet is always a good way to judge how the restaurant fare. We had limited time and they just opened... so we give it a go. It's not a bad value to be fair as you can eat all you want. But for us we don't eat big portions. Thepurpose is to try a bit of everything within our limited time. We were the first customer so we get to eat dishes supposedlyfresh from the kitchen. The food selection is a bit lacking compared to other Indian lunch buffets we had from various cities.They serve a Beef Curry, very watery sauce and not memorable, a Tandoori Chicken, quite dry, a Chicken Marsala, all breast meat,dry and tasteless. The best meat dish is probably the Curry Goat but not everybody eats goat. For vegetarian dishes, they servea Dal dish and a Zucchini dish. The Dal is not bad but the Zucchini is already pretty mushy and watery at 11am. Their samosa isterrible I have to say. Then there's salad and watermelon. Overall the food is pretty tasteless for an Indian/Pakistanirestaurant and worst part of it being the food is just luke warm. Even at 11am! We celebrated Dewali by going to this restaurant. We had the mixed basket of Naan, with Butter Chicken, Mixed Vegetables,... Prawns, and each came in a most delectable sauce that was life changing! My partner is half Fijian, and their food is heavilyinfluenced by India cuisine. My partner said he felt like he was eating his grandmothers food, and it was comforting to him. Themixed Naan was delicious! It was soggy, some had cheese, some had spinach, and others were original, but all scrumptious to eatthe sauce with. Absolutely amazing. We also had the pickled mango and the white yogurt sauce. I dont know the names for all ofthe dishes, but you can figure it out, because the menu is pretty self explanatory. We will definitely be back. I need some Dahlin my life and some Paneer! I can't eat much, but having a variety of foods is wonderful! I have plenty of leftovers to enjoy atleast 2 more meals! So this is not a chain franchise of bawarchi that I know of. Its kinda like a Americanized Indian food. Ambience is upscale.... They did not have any beer on tap. Food was super bland. Not for people from India. Service was amazing. I would suggest thisplace for people who would like to try Indian food. Read more

First Star: Is the location neat? Yes. I do miss the wall to wall decorations during the previous ownership but the restaurant... now feels more open and spacious. Second Star: Is the staff friendly? Yes. Third Star: Is the service prompt? No. Theycurrently have a large amount of delivery and phone-in orders so expect to wait. Fourth Star: Is the product/servicesatisfactory? No, stick to the basics like the curries on the menu. Specialty items like the lamb chops are not handled aswell. Fifth star: Is the price acceptable? Yes. For the area, this restaurant is fine and is also an improvement on theprevious restaurant at this location but there's better offerings for Indian food if you cast a wider search. Read more

Delicious! Excellent BBQ meats! Tender, nice char. Tasty curries and vegetable dishes. Good breads. Yummy Biryani. Lovely... chutneys. Fresh, wholesome food. Well-seasoned. Great portions. Staff is welcoming and friendly. We are really excited thatthis restaurant is here! We don?t have to drive over the hill to Dublin anymore to get good food! We?ll be regulars here. Food was decent. Portion size for a la carte looked more like personal size. All the food look and was lukewarm, re-heated and... served. Nothing tasted freshly made. They are over priced for the service and food they serve. Was highly disappointed. Read more
