I love Aladino?s but I just got a pizza and it was terrible. Not sure what went wrong but the crust was flat and doughy.

They was good the very first time we ordered from them and after that pizza was over done calzone didn't have cheese. Other... time's ordered soda two different times and they forgot both times.ordered wing's one night and they were cold and notcooked.will not order from them anymore and will not recommend to anyone.and what's really amazing is they weren't even busy.iwill be getting ahold of the owner and the company not the manager.and they need to learn how to clean was nasty ???? The service is always friendly. Jade from the Brentwood store has a great smile and personality even after an obviously... long-busy shift. ***Huge shout-out for excellent customer service. I put in a phone order on a Friday night for a large pizza.I ordered it to the Antioch store by mistake. Their pizza crust has amazing flavor and all the specialty pizzas we?ve tried have been oh sooooo good! We used to love Round... Table best but now it?s this Aladinos location on Sunset in Antioch! It is truly a hidden gem nestled into the corner of ashopping center that most people would never know was there (next door to wild orchid salon and the sports complex)! We lovethe Italian pizza, the spicy Hawaiian, the pesto cheese bread, and the AP supreme but their cooks are inconsistent withingredients. We specifically asked for the fresh tomatoes to be included (it?s part of the pizza if desired) TWICE and reconfirmed before hanging up however the pizza did NOT HAVE THE FRESH TOMATOES! Also they charged us for them when it?s an option& part of the pizza, the app doesn?t charge you but we can?t use the app because it doesn?t allow for 1/2 and 1/2 SPECIALTYpizzas. We asked for extra spicy Hawaiian sauce and received NONE! And it says $33 for XL so why was my total $45? I didn?torder anything else?? The dough flavor is AMAZING but is almost always under cooked and soggy/chewy.. Their pizza is reallyexpensive ($45 for XL after taxes) so it?s off putting to find a bunch of extra charges for stuff that shouldn?t be! They don?thave a rewards program that I?m aware of to incentivize repeat patronage and I cant find coupons anywhere so the cost reallyadds up. Website/app doesn?t let you order a half and half specialty pizza so it?s annoying we don?t get a little discountbecause of this either.. When you have a family with children who never stop eating it gets to be very expensive eatingout. Sandwiches are overpriced ($10 for a little 6 inch before tax) and a little box of pesto bread is also $10 after tax. My husband and I love the pizza here. My favorite is the Fiesta Supreme, it's different then your typical pizza as I tend to... get tired of the sane old thing its great for me and my husband always does a custom pizza so he's always happy! Have been eating pizza here since it opened when i was a kid. It was always my favorite. It was sold and went through a period... where it wasnt the same and had issues with the pizza just not being good. I stayed away for a few years. I dont know if it wassold again or not but tried it again a few months ago on a whim. It was amazing as ever. Awesome pizza with a very friendlystaff. Delivery is quick and has never taken more than 40 minutes, usually 20. I have taken pictures of the pizza and postedonline and made people from other parts of the country jealous, lol. I order a XL THICK crust with bacon first pizza thin and no bacon I call back to get it correct I hear laughter "that it's no... our fault" keeps on the line then says we will send a thick crust and they send me this paper thin crust the 2 ladies I spokewith really need to be retrained and customer service and how to take a order this was 50 bucks.
