The only reason I'm giving this a 2 start is because the crew that works the morning shift actually knows what they're doing and... cares about the customers. After 8am it's almost pointless to go through the drive thru because you will be waiting anexceptionally long time. Today is the 2nd time that I spent over 15 mins in the drive thru for only 3 cars to move along. Iunderstand things can get busy but this is just unacceptable. Hire and train workers who actually care about customersatisfaction and providing good product to your customers in a timely manner. If you can't staff the place appropriately thenclose the drive thru down and focus on providing service to the in house customers. Read more

They always get the orders wrong and have stolen/attempted to steal money from us on more than one occasion. We always get 2... coffee, one for my husband and one for myself... When we have enough points for a free coffee, they still take the full amountfor 2 coffees and keep the rest. I'm assuming they either pocket it or put it in the tip jar. It happened a few times before weclued into what was happening, then we paid extra close attention anytime we would have anough points for a free coffee andcaught them in action, called them out on it, they got super flustered and gave our money back. This location has some serious problems. I will go out of my way to go to a different tims in town. You can only get a wrong... order or coffee grinds in your coffee so many times. I?ve seen a particular female manager treat her employees so incrediblypoorly and raise her voice on a number of occasions in front of customers. These employees don?t get paid enough to deal withtempered customers, let alone being degraded by management. Read more

I decided to stop here for a coffee and initially couldn?t believe how loud the music was when I entered the restaurant... (generous term for this location), every patron had to lean over the counter and yell their order. I had the pleasure ofstanding infront of the cash register for probably 5-7 minutes before having someone else come in and have their order takenbefore mine (Was standing at the cash which was on and had a display, but employees never took my order or told me to move overto the next one, they just let me stand there staring at them waiting). Over this 5-7min period I decided I wanted a bagel aswell. I opted for four-cheese bagel toasted with butter and bacon. I waited nearly 15 minutes for a bagel! My bagel wasdisgusting. My bagel was undoubtedly stale and likely sat for a day. It was unusually thin, had a massive thumb print that brokeit in half, also, it was rubbery/sloppy and the girl preparing the bagel couldn?t find the care or diligence to even cut thebagel. Apparently only the top half of the bagel was worth cutting. I?ve eaten a lot of bagels in my time and bagels shouldn?tflop over limp, especially if they?re burnt on the outside like mine was. The bacon slices I received were approximately an inchlong with the exception of one being about an inch and a half. I ended up throwing the bagel in the ditch and just eating my 3strips of bacon as finger-food which was essentially 1 strip. The coffee was poor enough quality that it warranted returning asI had numerous grounds in the bottom of the cup that I was crunching between my teeth. The quality of food and service was poorenough that as I was nearing New Glasgow, I still felt it would be justifiable to return and get my money back. How thislocation has even a 3.8* rating is beyond me and according to the other reviews I?m not alone in my sentiment.
