Horrible service. Last few times I went, my order was never made right. Either missing items, the person taking the order... supposedly didn't ring the item in (even though they read the order back to us WITH the item on it) or completely messing up theorder. If in Antigonish area, go to other Tim Hortons, because I doubt you will get what you want here. Read more

Easily the most filthy fast food place I've ever been to. It takes a lot for me to even notice. Floors have caked on dirt and... debris. Bathrooms are filthy and smell musty. Looks like the place hasn't been cleaned in a month or two. Read more

A good Tim Hortons with quick service and decent food. It is small so seating, especially during peak times is scarce. More of a... drive through or takeout location than eat in - especially on Sundays Read more

All but the dead simplest orders inevitably have errors in the drive thru, and any attempt at making substitutions runs the risk... of confusing the order taker. Service is slow to glacial, and staff typically seems unhurried and oblivious to the cars backedup into Main Street. It's highly likely you'll save time going out of your way to one of the other locations. Read more

Four times over the past month we have ordered a 20 pack of assorted timbits only to receive literally 20 plain, plain with... sugar and a couple of chocolate. We treat ourselves once a week but have literally thrown these boxes in the garbage. Eachtime we assumed they must be low, but have come to realize this is the norm. Coffee and tea at McDonald's are better. Theonly attraction left at Tim Hortons was the timbits. The people working the window deserve some kudos, this is a busy spot andcustomer service is usually on point. This is 100% a management problem. Read more
