My very first job was at a Wendy?s. A lot of the equipment has changed and they no longer have the salad bar but meeting the... customer?s expectations is a goal that should never change. So many things about my order were wrong? ordered fries cooked toorder. They ignored that request and attempted to serve me fries already in the holding bin. When I called them on it theyattempted to argue that their fries were fresh enough. Chicken BLT made with no cheese. Sent it back. They cooked it againexcept this time the buns without mayonnaise. Fries now cold which is what I was trying to prevent when I had them cooked toorder. I also had nothing to dip my nuggets in. I give up?
