I had a great experience here. Excellent service. Fantastic BBQ which is kinda the whole point. I tried the Dino Ribs, the... brisket, and the smoked sausage. All of which were outstanding. I would have preferred the fatty brisket to the lean, but that'son me for not requesting it and it was delicious nonetheless. Also, the beans were nearly the star of the show. Easily the bestbaked beans I have ever had. And the smoked apple pie? Come on..crazy good. Subtle smoke but different from any apple pie I'vehad before. I was running some errands around this area and was finally able to stop by and give this place a try. I have been wanting to... try this place for a while. I ordered the 2 meat platter with a side of Mac n Cheese. The Brisket was really dry and tough andnot tender at all, which explains why it was drowned in sauce, in traditional Texas bbq sauce is always optional, so I wasdisappointed when my platter came out drowned in sauce. The ribs were dry and drowned in sauce. Lastly, the Mac and Cheese wasmore like a macaroni salad, no cheese sauce, and just cooked macaroni really dry. You can tell the grade of beef here isprobably Choice grade or below. If you want traditional Central Texas bbq, this is not it. The service was good and they havereally good iced tea. Blessed to say I was born and raised in Corpus Christ Texas. Great BBQ has always been a huge part of my life and family. I... don?t enjoy commercial BBQ joints and have always sought out the best local BBQ places in Texas. That being said Rollin? Smokeis beyond a reasonable doubt the best BBQ in the El Paso area in my opinion. This place is incredible, wait staff very nice andclean restrooms. Our first time there and the owner was so incredibly friendly and accommodating! We got the 2 meat plate with brisketand sausage! The flavors will explode in your mouth! The perfect amount of smoke and spicy! The BBQ sauce is super mouthwatering and will make you wanting more. The owner added a Mexican Twinkie to try ?this pepper filled with heavenly goodnesswrapped in bacon with their BBQ sauce?was the best thing I have ever had !
