They can never get my order right ?. I ordered 2 spicy Mc chickens no mayo Called restaurant several times no answer this is... why the bad review would not mind if my order would gotten fixed however no reply Is bad? just seems like they even added extramayo which is opposite of what I asked for Management do better I will call again tomarrow hopefully they will answer thistime Read more
I have been going to McDonald's for as long as i can remember. And its nice to have options and all. But when you choose to take... your family inside to enjoy the ambience and play place and it looks like Hurricane Katrina came around again, but the place ishalf empty, it says a lot about management. How is it possible that you cant accommodate 1 or 2 employees or leader to keep thelobby clean and presentable for the clientele. The playplace for the kids was disgusting. Not a single table clean and not tomention the playplace. I just hope that this can be addressed fast because id hate to keep this last visit as my last visit to aFAMILY restaurant and not a junkyard. Read more
If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst McDonald?s I?ve ever been to. Been here multiple times and it?s always the... same. Horrible service and rude staff. I went for breakfast at 9:45 and the old woman worker rudely told me they stop servingbreakfast at 10. It was still 15 minutes til. So I ask the manager ?Justin? and he tells me they serve breakfast all day, butyet doesn?t offer nor was it on the ordering kiosk. He also told me to stop being a Karen. Plus workers always seem to be goofyoff in the back. This ?Justin? manager seem to have a thing with another worker this large hefty fellow I think his name was?Enrique? like seriously save that type of love/affection for the bedroom. Not to mention the food. I ordered a fish sandwichfor my mom and they give me this? they can?t even aim the cheese right, imagine them aiming for the toilet. Not worth it. The remodel makes the restaurant appear brighter and more open. Not a big fan of the tables and chairs but overall the new... design is nice. Food quality is still good and despite the self-ordering kiosks, the cashier was still available and nice. Read more
Like many other McDonald's, this location can never get an order right. I even use the kiosk to ensure the order is correct. I... have never walked out of this location satisfied and I don't know why I expect McBroken to improve. The milkshake machines arealways down as well as the ice cream machines. When you order on the kiosk, it doesn't let you know when something isunavailable. The servers are always apologetic, pleasant, and offer replacements but why can't this location ever repair theirjunk equipment? Today, I ordered a chocolate shake with my breakfast and they gave me a low fat 8oz chocolate milk since themachine was down... AGAIN. I have been stopping here for fuel and breakfast occasionally for 3 years and nothing has changed. Read more
