This location is meh. I visit Anthony every Wednesdays for work and decided to stop here. Went through drive thru during lunch... rush and my hamburger meat was cold that the cheese wasnt even melted. Fries were hot so i guess they've got that going forthem. On this journey to land of McBurgers, I find myself at the drive thru. A voice comes over the speaker "hello McStatic, can... I...." "Um, yes!" I proclaimed. "I would like a..." "Give me a minute sir." Said the voice coming from the McBox. "Sure, noproblem." I said. (One forever later) "Hello, will you be using the app today?" Says the box of McVoice. I reply, "Uhm, no,not today, I would like 2 spicy McChickens a diet coke and a regular coke, both large please." Obviously stunned by the largeorder I had placed, the McVoice confirms with me that i had ordered 2 McChickens and 2 Cokes. With a small bit of hope inhumanity, i reply. " I would like 2 SPICY McChickens and a large DIET Coke (friend is diabetic and this is important) and alarge REGULAR Coke please." "Ok, that will be some large amount of money at the first window." Mcbox Voice proclaimed. I getto the window, the person taking my money first rubs the snot from her nose with her hand, then proceeds to take my debit cardwith snotted hand. She swipes the card, hands it back, then wipes nose with hand, grabs receipt and tries to hand it to me.... Itell her to keep it due to very seen circumstances. Pulling up to the next window, there is no cars behind me or at the drivethru ordering area. Window on the McBuilding slides open with the force of 10000 slide units. "HERE ARE YOUR DRINKS SIR!!!" thedisgruntled manager (I assume by the shirt) rudely says. Please pull over to the #1 spot, it will be a minute on thatchicken." I pull up and over to the spot she mentioned. I sit there for around 10 minutes before a different person bring methe meal. "Thank you!" I say as I realize how long I have been here. I rush home, which is less than a 3 minute drive to findout that the sandwiches are cold and the Cokes are both regular. And that's what over $10 worth of McDonalds in Anthony Kansasgets you. Bathrooms are horrible! Doesn?t look like they get cleaned. They are very poor on customer service. Staff was not friendly!... Floors are very sticky! Shoes kept getting stuck. Tables were very messy and they was not busy at all as you can see the orderscreens. This morning staff is just pure lazy and uncaring! Definitely will not be coming back here. This must be the absolute worst McD on the planet. No ice so no cold drinks of any type. No apple pies. Only 1 strawberry pie... that they had to get manager permission to sub for apple. Ladies room only had 1 square on the tp roll. This place is across thestreet from a quick stop that sells coolers and ice and tp. They could have had ice and tp if they tried. This is actually one of the worst places I have ever been or worked for. The owners don't care at all about the appalling... conditions of the building and how their staff gets mistreated. They don't pay employees properly, and have had severalex-employees (myself included) have their hours get messed with so they're not paid for their work. The management will dockyour hours and punish you for not wanting to work on your days off or wanting to leave at the end of your shift. They don'torder stock correctly so they're always out of something, and a lot of what they do have is just bad quality. Hey almost neverget an order right, and if they do it's because you went back and had to have them fix it. The whole business is slow, dirty,and trashy. I've never had to worry about my food being fully cooked at a McDonald's, but surprise surprise - this one makes youhave to check your food every single time. This place needs to be shut down; there's mold in the walk-in as well as both drinkstations (which never get cleaned). There's been several employees (again, myself included) get heat stroke because they don'tlet the employees use the a.c.. AND they will force employees to come in sick. I worked with people who had active fevers when Iworked there. This place is a death trap waiting for a lawsuit, and it should be avoided at all costs. Read more
It was an ok experience for us. It was very busy around 7pm on a Friday and the crew did not seem to be doing a better job at... getting the orders out fast. We had a long wait before finally we got our quarter pounders. The bathroom was very dirty. Read more
