It?s really good deserves my 5 stars!! We ordered the Tokyo burger and Whiskey BBQ wings with side onion rings and fries, they... all taste good and the sauce is just fit, not too salty, I appreciate it a lot. If you want world-class terrible service, look no further. You'll wait a good ten to fifteen minutes for the waitress to realize... your glass is empty and the hostess seems pretty overwhelmed. Hire better people or maybe hire more. I ended up paying for onedrink they managed to serve me and walked out looking for better. I've eaten here before and had the same experience, and thequality of the food does not make up for the lack of service and attention. Read more
Called in my order asked for garlic Parmesan fries the Parmesan was not melted at all it was just thrown on top ordered zucchini... fries when I got home they were zucchini slices the burger was average when I called to find out if they still carry zucchinifries the girl told me yes told me to come back up there and she would give me a free order of zucchini fries it?s 15 minutesfrom my house to the restaurant I wasn?t about to drive up there I spoke to the manager about it she told me they don?t havezucchini fries so which one is it that they do or they don?t I?m very disappointed in this place we used to go here all the timethis will be my last time Read more
Every time we've eaten there in the last year - at least 5-6 times because my son's girlfriend has celiac and we're limited and... she can get plain chicken and salad here- our order is always messed up. And we don't have anything complicated. Dine in serviceis spotty at best and this time with take out, my son ordered us 2 REUBENS (just add some thousand island to the damnedsandwich, it's done all the time). Not only did that not happen, it wasn't even served on the proper bread. The entire orderwas wrong. We ordered a side of jalapeño aioli which they put down as "sauce on the side". When I called to let them know theorder was wrong, she said I asked for the dressing on the side. Even if I had, I still didn't get the dressing. Still wrong. Thecheese isn't melted either. The only thing they managed was the no mustard. Joy. Save your money. The BBQ restaurant, the newsushi place and Stillery in Norterra are way better. This place has gone down hill in the last 2 years and I don't think it'sbecause of the pandemic. They offered to remake it but I don't need another abomination that will waste more time out of my dayto go get. Read more
Ventured north this weekend and craved a burger so gave this place a shot. Years ago went to a place called the same thing at... Park West in Glendale. Not sure if they are affiliated but the menu was similar. As you can see the burger was well sized andcooked to a perfect medium. Lots of delicious sounding pre-built options but I opted to make my own from a large list of meatand topping options. Friendly service that made sure I had everything I needed. Observed the bartender chatting it up with aguest and even though you can tell they just met the conversation was social and engaging. Looking forward to going back. Read more
Finally stopped after driving by frequently! So glad I did! Everything was exactly as advertised. You could taste the 100%... freshness, of the meat & veggies on the American Burger! Definitely coming back when in the area again! Read more
Today, my boyfriend and I ate lunch at this Tru Burger Co. restaurant. The food had been okay. Eh, the bread accompanied w/ my... chicken sandwich was soggy upon arrival. And the zucchini fries had been overly greasy. To add, the cheesecake w/ strawberrysyrup was horrible as being soggy and artificial. Our waiter had been attentive and friendly when indicating a pro. First visit and I would go back. Service was efficient and our server was very attentive. She made sure to check on us often... throughout the dining experience. She (forgot her name) was very knowledgeable of their menu items, made great suggestions,great drink paring suggestions and that was greatly appreciated. When I was dissatisfied with a drink choice (what sounds goodis not always good) our server didn't hesitate to remove the item and suggested a different item and did so with a pleasantdemeanor and smile. The entire staff was cheerful, and greeted you and I like the way they assisted one another. So kudos tothis establishment and the staff on this night. Read more
