Employees are illiterate. They can't read simple instruction. This is the second time I placed an order online and second time... they screwed it up. I ordered a cold cut combo and specifically said No Bologna. They gave me a sandwich with Only Bologna.First time I went back, and told them they messed up, they wanted to charge me again for remake, the second time I gave up. Theyare not too bright. Ordered on postmostes my delivery driver was great but the fact that subway didn't even get my order right when all they have to... do is read the receipt. Asked for Italian and herb bread and they gave my plain and didn't give me the right cheese either.Pretty disappointed that they couldn't get the simplest thing right on my order. Read more
The staff need a course in sanitation. On 3/25 at about 6:15 pm I stopped to get a pretzel special (3.00). I was charged $3.30... pluse tax. Server had gloves on when I walked up he got my pretzel out, put it in the oven and then while talking to someone inthe back room, he placed his gloved hands over the door frame, I asked him to change gloves, he did. Today 3/26 at about 1:30 Istopped for a sandwich. The young man waiting on me did not change gloves between me and the previous customer and the customerafter me had to ask him to change his gloves. So I went there for dinner & got home & ate my sub the rest of the night my stomach was hurting & my body then at midnight & 4am... I threw up I've been told some negative things about this subway but have never had a bad experience til now please subway throwaway bad product rather than saving money your saving people's stomachs.
