Slowest coffee place I have ever been at. Waited 13 minutes with no one else waiting inside for a drink and it was wrong.... Ordered iced and it was iced. Then once I said it was supposed to be iced the girl behind the counter rolled her eyes and askedif I was sure....yes it says it on the sticker on the cup iced. ??????? Read more

The service is friendly and you always know what you're getting, even if the coffee isn't the best. They got my mobile order... wrong, but immediately fixed it and let me keep the wrong drink for free! Read more
It says iced yet I get hot, not the first time either. I do large orders and have people pick them up so I can?t got through... them before I get them. 7/26/22 Another bad experience. Late to work because they tell me they don?t have my order. Then when Ishow them they print out my stickers for my cups and made it. How did you get my order then? I've been going here for years. No matter how backed up the drive through is it still goes quickly. I've gotten a couple of... incorrectly made drinks in the past, but when I called them regarding it the call was answered by someone sympathetic and Ireceived a replacement on my next trip. I find that I have some good and bad things to say about this location. The positives I can say, are as follows. The staff... always seems friendly when I visit. And since I see my doctor next door monthly for the last 2 years. I feel like weather Iorder a drink, snack or even just water, that it's positive how I am treated. There also seems to be a good variety of food andsnacks in the store as well. I have seen that the drive-thru can get busy at times. But I've never seen it reach higher than 6cars. And they seem to get the line moved rather quickly. But as for my complaints, there are a few. I don't see the staffreally do much to keep on top of cleaning the stations as much. I noticed many times the trash cans they use getting very full.And straws or paper on the floor. The glass guard has dust, old coffee beans and syrup residue trapped between it. And I'venever seen it cleaned up. I also have noticed that products and shelves tend to have a lot of dust build up on them. As if theynever try to wipe it down. In my opinion that can cause allergy issues and just doesn't feel as clean. Especially as someone whohas worked retail and customer service over the years. Products being clean and organized is important. And you will see in someof my photos the layers of dust on the products. I also wish they would wipe down the pick up counter for drinks. It is wet andsticky every time I've gotten my beverage. And there will even be large spills that are not cleaned properly. So it still leavesthe counter very sticky. The only other thing I'd like to see is the outdoor seating to have better shade. There's only reallytwo tables that have shade. The rest are baking in the sun. And it's not often that they have the umbrellas open to help shadethe other sun exposed seating. And the outdoor trash can is usually very full as well.
