We go to Jersey Mike's quite a bit both at this location and others. The Anthem one probably the most. The sandwiches are very... inconsistent especially on the quantity of items in the sandwich. They range from very good to minimal. My latest visit may bemy last. I had ordered a big Kahuna Philly cheesesteak to go. When I opened it at home I was shocked at the minimal amount ofthe items. The sandwich was 85% bread and a thin area of the main ingredients with the chicken being the least and not evenenough to cover the bread. I called to complain and the shift leader was apologetic and offered to make another one. Greatexcept who wants to get back in the car to drive 10 minutes to get a replacement at night? It needs to be made right the firsttime especially with take out that you won't know how it is until you get home. I asked to have the store manager call. This Jersey Mike?s location is amazing. We frequent it often and we?re always greeted by the guys (and gal) at the counter.... Brandon is always super friendly and helpful. All of them are nice and work quickly, but they also make sure to get your orderright the first time. I?ve been to other locations that are nice, but usually get my order wrong or make the subs sloppy andwet, leave by the bread mushy. Thanks for the awesome experience every time, Anthem ???????? I found the help didn't want to make the sandwich the way I wanted it even though I'm paying for the sandwich. I know their... teenagers trying to work but it's the mgr responsibility to satisfy the customer. Read more
My order was completely wrong. It was the wrong sandwich and wrong bread. I also ordered it mikes way but did not receive... tomatoes on my sandwich. When I walked in they seemed confused when I asked if my order was ready. When I unwrapped my sandwichthe sauce and oil coated my hands. I?ve never really had an issue here, staff have always been content and I?ve even seen them get yelled at by an immature old man... over the music volume when it was fine lmao. But I was really really disappointed with the sandwich I picked up tonight. It wasso poorly wrapped when I pulled it out of the bag my sandwich fell out and unfortunately half of it landed on the floor andeverything fell out of my sandwich, all over the floor. The red wine vinegar that was put on was also only on one side of mysandwich so I was just getting a whole mouth full of vinegar on my only half that survived. Sandwich was made exactly as ordered. They read the notes and substituted for the chips I wanted (the Sea Salt and Vinegar... weren?t on the web site order form). The order was ready for pickup when scheduled. Can?t ask for anything more ???? Read more
