Open whenever they feel like it. Just went there 7:30 pm and they are closed. Always have staffing problems and cleanliness... issues. I have filmed fights there. Total trash pit that really doesn't do justice to del taco at all. Damages the brand. Read more
Del Taco use to be our go to fast food. Like McDonalds and the rest they've gone downhill but most recently in the last two... years every one I've been in is dirty and the quality sucks the size of the burritos is about half the size they use to be! Read more
We spotted here for dinner, we normally love del taco, but now when I think of it I want to throw up. On walking in I should... have walked out, the floors were sticky and not a clean table in sight. Another family came in with their dog, which isn?tsanitary and they let them stay. The shells were stale but we ate a few tacos because we were starved and threw the rest away.We had to drive to the gas station because bathrooms were disgusting as well. This location is disgusting. I should've left right when I walked in and saw how filthy the dining area was. This was about... three months ago but felt I should still write a review because it was so terrible. We got carne asada fries and they lookedlike dog food. The meat was burnt and looked like it was days old and scraped off the floor. A health inspector needs to visitthis location as I am sure there are many violations. And the few positive reviews have to be written by someone trying to helpthem out, there are too many reviews like mine to believe the positive ones. Unfortunately, and it is, used to frequent this place when I lived in BCC. I have tried now 3 times and even gave a 10 tip... yesterday as incentive to the crew. And today it was worse than ever. These folks need to go to Barstow and see a real Del Taco. All I wanted was soft tacos..... easy right? Lettuce was brown and gross, empty tortillas, miserable. Go to Taco Smell and Ihate it But it's more reliable than this place. And the lobby is closed. So you can't even call them out. Sad. Read more
Honestly the best experience at a Del Taco I?ve ever had. The employee who took our order sounded very happy to be there and... made sure the order was entirely correct before giving us a price. Their lobby was closed unfortunately but the cashier told usthey were understaffed. I could see inside that they only had the cashier and one cook and both of them were running all overthe place, making sure it was okay. Everything was hot, and tasted good. I had a small wait time in the parking lot of 5 minutesbut other than that, completely perfect. Had an order that was almost 58$ . Thank you so much!! Read more
So this place is horrible do not go here under any circumstances! They couldn't even make a burrito correctly number one; number... two they tasted like complete garbage. And then when I just got simple chicken fingers and french fries for my kid there was sixfrench fries in there. The guy gave us attitude in the Drive-Thru when all we were doing was coming to pick up our order andthen gave us even further attitude when all we ask for was a cup of water and then he just gave us a cup of ice. Mightymentioned that it is also Father's day and this is what my husband wanted for Father's Day and this is how we were treated. Thenwe went to eat outside there and outside was disgusting and I had to clean it up myself okay not a big deal if they hadn'tcompletely messed up our order and gave attitude. Inside seating always closed. Employees always in office or out back smoking. 20 minute wait or longer in drive thru. They never... get your order right. Beans are always hard crusted rocks. Cashier uses blue gloves for taking cash and to cook food then servesyou without ever changing gloves. Food is gross at Anthem del taco, not worth your money. Terrible that all the local residentsof Anthem have to deal with this. Go to see Warner at 35th ave and Greenway del taco if you want good food.. Read more
