I went this location and my 1st impression wasn?t good. Outside it had a lot of trash on top of the table and on the floor.... Inside, the store was dirty and the ice creams aren?t creamy as usual. The only good was the service, the two girls over therewere nice. Read more
I ordered thick, made with dark chocolate ice cream, MALT. What I almost got was a shake made with ice cubes, milk chocolate,... lots of milk, and butter cream in color. What I did get, minus the frozen ice cubes was a malt, consistency of milk, and buttercream in color. This was on a Tuesday and I requested 2 punches on my card, and received attitude again. I used to go in once aweek to get a chocolate malt for Grandma for us to share during the lock-down in 2021, when she was in nursing home. I paid $10and left rest for tip. Since that time, Grandma is gone, price of malt up and all I leave is some change, 'cause I am on afixed income. Suffice to say my use of this business in Anthem has stopped. Read more
Disgusting..if we were the health department this place wouldn?t have passed by far. Dirty tables, huge spills all over the... floors, obvious dried piles of spilled whatever, one worker an the store was packed, flys everywhere. We got our drinks andleft. Can?t believe anyone was eating in there. Would be such a cute place for a date or photos but it?s nasty. Only thing goodabout this shop was the one and only girl working.. ***edit*** Went back a few weeks later and the place was spotless. No fliesno mess no worries. Went into store on September 7th 2021 about 8pm. I ordered 2 Vanilla Malts with double vanilla. I gor home to find NO malt at... all, NO vanilla taste at all, it was like drinking watery milk flavored ice cream. I remember when Baskins was the best,Certanily not anymore. Came in at 3pm, no other customers. The place is filthy. Spilled ice cream? Shakes? All things sticky and gross. Dangerous... conditions for employees and customers. Flys everywhere including inside the ice cream cooler. One employee working, there isnow a line of over 7 more people. The clock doesn?t work either. I?ve been in several times. Always great service. Wonderful birthday cake for my step son a couple years ago. BUT tonight a... young gentleman (name started with J) was so polite to double check my door dash order, found the technical issue and made surewe had our order for after Easter dinner. Ice cream was great. Workers were great. The state and cleanliness of the store was absolutely disgusting. Place hasn?t been... cleaned in God knows how long. Dead bugs everywhere. Tables and chairs were filthy. Floors haven?t been mopped in at least aweek. Certainly made us question whether we should have ate our ice cream. Read more
