I've been a long time customer of this place and I've been in the hospital since December with covid so I made a soup order I... made my order I waited 2 hours for me to call them to ask where was my food the guy rudely said we can't order to this addressanymore that i have to pick up my food we never had any issues before they started hanging up in my face and being really nastyfor no reason I was really confused to why i was getting badly treated maybe be cause my order was only$7 maybe my order was toosmall so don't order here they will get rude and nasty with u ill never go here again moonstar is better anyways Read more
Placed an online order received email confirmation of my order, 90 minutes later I called the restaurant the woman who answered... the phone said she did not see my order, she was rude, unapologetic and did not seem to care. No excuse for this type ofbusiness practice. Read more
This was the absolute worst service I've ever had in my life!!! It took an hour and a half for my food to come and when it got... here the driver didn't have change. So he tried taking my $100 bill without giving me change and when I refused to let thathappen he tool off with my food!! I will NEVER order from them again!! Read more

First time ordering here and I really have to say that this restaurant does a good job at making good food and good... experiences. When I called in a gentleman answered the phone and spoke with me with manners and respect which goes a long way inmy book, he was able to confirm my order and give me a total within 1 minute. He gave me an estimate of 35 mins for my order tobe ready and delivered but to my surprise the driver called me 17mins later to let me know he’d be in front of the house in 2mins. I know it’s a lot of numbers but long story short the service was better than good and the food was exactly what weordered and expected. The delivery man was kind and appreciative of the gratuity. I’d definitely order from here again. I wishI had a picture to post but it smelled so good I dug right in and couldn’t help but write a review once I finished mymeal. The dish I had was Spicy ???? Have been ordering from this establishment for the past 30 years, approximately once a month. I always order Seafood Delights.... However, the past 2 orders (months) it seems they are no longer using lobster in this dish. Even though they state the Seafoodin their dishes on their menu and that's what I am paying for. I am required to travel, for I no longer live in Ansonia. Timeto find a new local Chinese food restaurant. Read more
