This location needs new management in a bad way! I have eaten here a few times now in hopes it would get better. To my... disappointment it is more of a joke every time. Tonight was definitely my last visit. $25 for my son and I to get food. My sonsburger was requested with no onions or honey mustard. The employee decided both of our burgers didn?t need onions or anythingfor that matter! Had basically a cheese burger with bourbon sauce. Honestly what is so hard about getting orders correct?Something has been wrong every time we eat here. This should not be the case for the price of the food. If the manager readsthis please resign immediately. You are obviously not capable of training employees or have lost what it takes to be a greatboss. Me and my brother stopped here and got 5 for 5 small and EVERYTHING was very hot and fresh. Had to wait only a few minutes but... they upgraded us to medium. I'd say great job Ramsey crew !! Read more
Walking in, it was smokey and smelled of grease. I understand places are short staffed but the wait was longer than it should... have been for how busy it was (not very) just to order. One of the employees was belching and smacking flies on the counter.Another employee started vacuuming next to us instead of starting at a different section in the empty lobby until we left. First of all, waited in line for 20 minutes BEFORE Ordering? Second, the person taking my order was rude as can be. After... ordering, we waited an additional 10 minutes to get our food. When we got to the window, I asked for honey mustard and the ladyat the window rolled her eyes at me and then she gave me ONE honey mustard? like really? I ordered $25 worth of food and all youcan give me is one honey mustard. Don?t go to this Wendy?s. The service is horrendous. Read more
Wow lol. This place is trash. I got some nuggets that not only took 8 mins to get with no one else in the drive thru line, but... were cold and hard. Also as I'm sitting there in my car, there's 2 employees (one of which still has a headset on) just standingin the parking lot chatting away loudly... ABOUT WEED and how high they got. Super unprofessional and they lack customer serviceskills, work ethic, respect, and just about everything else it takes to work at a fast food restaurant. Or anywhere, really. Read more
Never Ever EVER will I go back to a Wendy's at all!!! Not only did I leave without my food, but the manager was rude to us and... was being rude to the elder lady in front of me who was not understanding that even though the doors are open, they were nottaking orders inside, only through drive thru. They could have taken the poor ladies order. I'm sick to my stomach to talk aboutmy situation but the manager refused to give me a refund and/or my sandwich. After waiting in the drive thru 17 minutes beforeplacing an order, waited another 22 minutes only to be yelled at and treated awful. When my sandwich was ready they brought itout to a cat that was 5 cars behind me meaning I had to wait ANOTHER 15 minutes! No way! That manager is in the wrong role whenshe treats customers this way. It's fine when there is workers otherwise food may take long to get. Or just find a way to get the food ready faster sometimes... when there's people waiting in the drive through. My lunch is only 30 min so time is crucial for me on food. Otherwise theybring great service for me. Read more
13 minute wait, I was the only car in the drive through. Ordered a chicken sandwich and fries. They apologized when they... finally brought to the window, but let me order and wait without even an update. Nice enough staff. Seem short staffed though. BTW, the double fried chicken marinara sandwich was pretty good. Read more
