I have loved Matas since I was a little girl. Today was the worst experience ever. My pizza was over cooked. I called to report... it and whoever answered the phone was really nice saying I had to bring the pizza back in to get another. I was already at myhair appointment and advised I wouldn't be able to come back in today. She advised the manager Dan would only replace if Ibrought it back. I asked to speak with Dan and tried to explain and he said no pizza I can't help you and hung up in my face. Iwas heated. I called back and let him know how rude he was and my language had turned rude also. The old manager Rick wouldnever have been rude to me.
