I just got to say I just left that restaurant about 30 mins ago & the staff there made me feel like they had known me 4ever.... They were nice & polite. The foid was speedy AND GOOD. The cleanest, friendliest one I've been to. Good for kids.
Nice clean building. The kids went nuts for the playground. The cashier was a delight but between her low voice and my bad... hearing we had a miscommunication on my order. The girl who gave us our food wasn't to pleased about it and I felt she wasextremely annoyed with me but she fixed the order anyway and everything was hot and good. The drink machine was terrible.Everything was over carbonated but I was too worried with annoying them again to say anything and we all just drank Hi-C, whichwas fine. Overall the kids enjoyed it and the other patrons were especially nice. We'll be back. Hopefully next time I can readlips better to avoid any confusion lol Read more
Worst Experience of my life! Went through and grabbed lunch after a long day of yard sales with our family. Chicken was... horrible. You couldn't even eat it. Called to have the order replaced and fixed. We went by to pickup the order. A worker comesto the window and says the following. I cooked these myself. They are fresh. They are edible and I wrote that on them. I don'tneed you getting sick. I can't afford to pay your doctor bills. Shuts door in our face. Read more
I have had trouble here too many times to count. I've had very rude people serve me or ring things up wrong. Every single time I... use the drive through they leave something out or give me the wrong thing. I didn't check my order before leaving (because Ishouldn't have to) and got home to realize I was missing a meal and fries. I also didn't receive sauces. Bottom line is I mostdefinitely DO NOT recommend this Burger King location. Read more
The food is Burger King - you know the taste. Try the chicken fries. I love that you can order burgers and sandwiches for... breakfast. However, I've visited maybe 10 times in six months, and every time, EVERY SINGLE TIME, they have messed up my order.They cannot hear what you order. It's not volume, it's familiarity. They are used to standard, but if you deviate, they HEARstandard. "Extra tomatoes, no problem." It comes tomato-free. Chicken sandwich with extra cheese and onions? Don?t even care to get my money back. I only want the time I wasted, waiting on this huge fleck of feces. Oh & you forgot my... poppers. Second time I?ve been served old, hard meat within two weeks. Pamela at the Golden Springs Anniston Ala store was very helpful with our order and it came out fast and hot, when she was done... at the register she came out in the dining area and cleaned up tables put chairs back and made sure we were ok.
