Lobby is never open. Manager was rude and staff as well. Avoid this location. They rarely get your order correct and since the... lobby is locked you can't get it fixed. Word of advice go to the McDonald's that's 50 ft away. Read more
Food was consistent with any Wendy's and the staff was nice. The wait for mobile order wasn't too bad, but not very fast. Worst... however was the restrooms, not clean and had a moldy smell. They building was a bit run down with some mold on the ceiling tilesby the entrance. Read more
Very nice people but my burger was so cold and the cheese wasn't even melted it was super cold straightout of the fridge. The... bun was so stale it fell apart. I know times are hard. Read more
We rarely eat fast food. The fries were fresh. The chicken sandwich was hot and crispy. No complaints here
Was there at 1050. Still breakfast menu up. Guy said he just hadn?t gotten to it yet. So we could only order fries. He said ?is... that it? we said ?yes because we can?t see the menu? he said ?ok 11$? like what type of customer service is this. He had anattitude the whole time. We left. It literally took over 46 minutes to have my order be taken to the drive-through. In the process three cars drove away and to... make matters worse the fries were not hot nor did they have any salt on them. Otherwise, they were extremely generous with theirsauce and very friendly. When my drink was made incorrectly they corrected the matter with no questions! This was a treat for myniece and nephew on our way to Sandy Point since this was their first time visiting. I just wanted to make everything specialfor them. Overall while everything was not wonderful, they still enjoy their meal. I do wish Wendy?s supplied kids with sometype of toy for the kids meal but it still wasn?t a dealbreaker. Read more
