Couldn?t be slower, don?t do curbside, you will be back burner and not served in the order. We have been waiting 30 minutes and... called 2x. I?m paralyzed, curbside would have been really helpful. Read more

TL;DR: Horrible customer service from owner. A coworker tried to return or get a new sub made since the one she got was wrong.... The workers wanted to just make a new sub for her but the owner; Sherri, wouldn't let them and refused to refund the moneysaying she "...sounded like someone who would want a refund." Ironically it wasn't her money as I bought it for her on anaccount I use regularly and have never made any issues with the store. Regardless she berated my co worker and bragged that sheowns multiple subways, all of which I now refuse to purchase from. The workers did try to help my coworker so I do not blamethem but Sherri's customer service has been the worst I've ever seen and I will make sure she gets absolutely no more of mybusiness. *Posting on behalf of someone* *UPDATE*- Sherri owns the following locations: Cape St Clair Arnold Navy Support in... Annapolis Denton, Chester and Stevensville. Lets start with I plan on sending a email to legal since writing a complaint tocorporate just goes straight to the owner, and in this situation, the owner is the problem. Sherri Anderson, who proudly advisedshe owns 8 Subway locations, knew from the tone of someone's voice "that I sounded like someone who would want a refund." As thewoman Sherri was speaking to was African American, I can only imagine what she meant by that. This began as an online order. Intotal, 4 subs were ordered. After placing the order on the Subway app, 3 subs were made correctly but one was not. A phone callwas placed to this subway location and the worker advised to bring it back and they could remake it. Upon arriving, the workersthen advised that they could not remake it nor refund it even after they admitted they have been experiencing issues with thesubway app submitting incorrect information. The owner, lovely Sherri as referenced above was called by her workers. She seemedto argue with her staff, advising them not to remake or refund, but to wipe the bread off and redo the toppings. (I am unsurewhere she got her customer service protocols but WOW). The workers were visibly uncomfortable and I was dumfound at such a lackof customer care. Sherri who advised her staff that she would call me directly to speak was certainly able to get my hopes uponly for her to actually laugh at me on the phone. This is when she explained that there was basically nothing she was going todo, and nothing I could do because there is no way to make a complaint, anything that is sent to Subway's website will just besent to her. I then asked again for the sub to just be remade or refunded and that was when her prejudice colors showed advisingthat I sounded like someone who would want a refund. Good Luck with this one. The key to what makes a subway good, great or otherwise it's the service and the experience they provide. This particular... location wasn't bad at all. The service was solid, if not really good... The food is what it is, and if you've ever been to one,you shouldn't expect to have your socks blown off. Read more

This Subway didn't have veggie patties. But they had pizzas which were delicious. Staff was good. Clean restaurant.

A lot of reviews talk about how the staff was rude to them, but I've personally never had a problem. The staff always moves fast... and makes the sandwiches well in my experience. It's only busy around noon, and even when it's busy I never have to wait morethan five minutes for my food. My only complaint is that I always have issues with my credit card here. I never have issuesanywhere else. The machine just refuses to accept my card, swiping and sliding. Other than that, it's a nice Subway. Read more
