This is one of the tastiest Mexican restaurants. The salsa is spectacular, made from roasted tomatoes and peppers. The menu... actually covers dishes through out Central America. I love the short ribs with plantains. The restaurant is very clean andbeautiful. The staff is welcoming. They have a great happy hour menu with drinks and appetizers. Try the spicy condiments trey. I ate my meal, fajitas, and realized The food was so dang good I needed to post a review. Quality, fresh, tasty and... juicy. Everything I look for in restaurant food. The chicken and steak had ZERO fat and was still juicy and delicious. Theguacamole was clearly fresh and so was the sour cream. Even the lettuce was crisp. The tortillas were still warm and everythingwas worth the money. I hate paying a lot for a meal, only to be disappointed. This was not one of those times.
