Good burgers but the real advantage is the variety of toppings! Always great customer service and they are VERY generous with... the amount of fries (don't order a "large" unless there are 3 of you to share). The food was amazing and filled us up, but I'm only giving 4 stars because of how many fries they gave. We ordered a regular... fries and we ended getting like 3 large fries. Literally half the bag was filled with fries! Still though, great place. Id justreccomend you order a small fries to get more bang for your buck. Read more

There fries blew my head, they are the best, nice eating area facing the food court. Nice cool environment. The best out of... almost all the food courts in this lobby area, there prices are just but amazing. I have eaten here a handful of times and each time has been disgusting and the customer service poor. The last time I requested... a cup of water and when I took a sip it tasted like hand sanitizer. I returned the drink to the cashier and explained to herwhat the issue was and she acted as if she suddenly could no longer speak English. Today, I returned to Five Guys at the mallafter a long hiatus. I ordered a burger and a cup of water. The same thing; the water tasted like a cleaning agent of some sort.I returned the water and then had to purchase a bottle of water. I tried to explain the issue to the cashier and again thisindividual pretended not to understand what I was saying. She did nothing to fix the water issue and did not tell her managerwho was making food. I will never eat here again. Read more
