Always great customer service and they are VERY generous with... the amount of fries (don't order a "large" unless there are 3 of you to share). I have eaten here a handful of times and each time has been disgusting and the customer service poor. The last time I requested... a cup of water and when I took a sip it tasted like hand sanitizer. I returned the drink to the cashier and explained to herwhat the issue was and she acted as if she suddenly could no longer speak English. Today, I returned to Five Guys at the mallafter a long hiatus. I ordered a burger and a cup of water. The same thing; the water tasted like a cleaning agent of some sort.I returned the water and then had to purchase a bottle of water. I tried to explain the issue to the cashier and again thisindividual pretended not to understand what I was saying. She did nothing to fix the water issue and did not tell her managerwho was making food. I will never eat here again. Read more
