So happy that a friend turned me onto Sprout because this place is really amazing! Super friendly and helpful staff who know... their products. The food is really yummy. The menu changes monthly so prepared to be wowed. We both had the cheeseburger bowland it was delish! Their Vietnamese cold brew coffee is completely addicting. Can't wait to go back! Read more
Stumbled into Sprout and I?m so glad I did! The shop is super cute and the staff was very friendly! I just grabbed a few... packages treats to go (coffee cake, protein cake, and a curry chicken salad). Everything was great! I will definitely go backand try other menu items when I have more time! Absolutely amazing, guilt free food...a must try especially if you are gluten free!! A great variety of snack foods...strawberry... lemonade and pumpkin bars were so good!! They even have gluten free sourdough three days a week! Very clean and friendlyservice!! Read more
Super fresh, very tasty, guilt free feasting!! Popped into Sprout after boating yesterday, the meal of turkey, quinoa and corn... salad was very satisfying after an active day. The cocoa and PB oat bowl was eaten for both dessert and breakfast the next day,yay!! If only the airport grab and go?s were this lovely, it?s nice to see a case of prepared food that isn?t a bunch ofsandwiches! Appreciate the spirited and helpful staff, I usually have a fair amount of questions, and they were happy toengage! Really delicious grab and go options. Often rice in those kind of bows gets really dried out but the bowl i got at Sprout was... perfect! I loved that there were options for any kind of dietary restriction. I didn't have long for lunch so I appreciated thatI could run in get what i needed and get out. I will definitely come back again!
