Trying to keep it real here. If this was a regular coffee establishment it would not last more than a week in business. I... ordered a coffee and a muffin from someone that was obviously challenged. I then waited over 30 minutes for my coffee. Theestablishment is packed of others waiting for their orders. People were extremely patient due to the fact that this businessis attempting to employ "challenged " people, which is admirable and all. But serious help is needed to support their efforts. Once the coffee finally came, it was mediocre at best. Not worth the wait, price and added torture being packed into the smallspace. One last point, the toilet was not available as they couldn't find the key. Simple not good enough by any standards. Read more
Great coffee, great people, and in a great spot! We've been lucky to hit this location a couple of times now...today was a... lovely experience...and not just the coffees (and milk for the kiddo). Great spot for coffee off Main but it definitely gets crowded.
Can't wait to drink coffee in my new swag. Had a great experience at Bitty & Beau's today. Super friendly staff, excellent... frappuccino, and very clean establishment. Looking forward to returning soon! Read more

It was a rainy Friday afternoon and we stopped in to grab some beverages. We got smoothies, frappes, hot coffee, and iced... coffee, all were delicious! I've been before and sometimes the wait can be a little long, BUT that means nothing when supportinga business with such a wonderful mission! Stop by if you want well-balanced, tasty cafe drinks!
