Food is ok. It's usually deserted. Not much traffic to this place. Unlimited refills on your soda. Cookies were really good. Our... server was a bit of a bad experience hence deducted one star. It's right next to pizza hut! There is small seating availableinside the store as well! Enjoy! Read more
Generally a consistent experience but this evening, the food was terrible. I spent over $40 on sandwiches and they were just... awful. The veggie patties were still frozen and the spinach was bad. Furthermore, it is hard to have someone asking you to paywhile you are trying to tell the other person what you want on the sandwich. Then, I had to pay separately for chips and sodasbecause they did not count it towards a "meal deal." I should have just left when I saw the veggies were not looking fresh. Bread and veggies were old or stale. The worker making the sandwich was not very good at cutting the bread and applying the... meat. The lettuce was yellowing and some of the tomatoes showed freezer burn. Read more
Would give 0 stars, menu prices are always wrong and the last 3 times I've gone in I've walked out without food due to either... prices not being right or Silvia the manager being rude and disrespectful. This is the third time and the last; this subway is ajoke. It was not busy after 7 pm on a Sunday! Sandwich was good, service was quick. I messed up trying to use my reward on the app... but the employee said I didn't lose my reward, I just have to buy another Subway sandwich! Yum! Read more
After I gave back my sandwich because the egg was super cold, the girl working here wasn?t even sympathetic or apologetic not... even 1%. She gave me a rude look and asked me if I want her to reheat it. I calmly said no, because then the whole sandwich willget soggy. I asked her to make me another one and she was more rude about the situation. She even asked if I could pay again! Ilater asked for a refund because I wasn?t comfortable there any more, but took her 20 mins to do it, when I finally left. Totalwaste of my time on a Sunday. I think her name is Nagilly. Someone needs to teach the workers customer service. And make surethey know how to properly heat up the food. Read more
