I think management needs work. Two young girls working a beat up kiosk that has zero supplies. No mocha, no frappuccinos, no... grande cups and no lids, no refreshers etc etc? this place shouldn?t be forced to operate in the hands of teenagers? i feel bad! Read more
For the past month, their Frappuccino and cold foam machine has been "broken." Customer service is awful.

my house is in the Annandale Virgina area so I often visit starbuck cafe located in Safeway 7414 Little River Turnpike,... Annandale, VA 22003, but the staff here especially the female staff I do not remember the name but the climax creates discomfort I was a female employee at the 13h40 shift on October-2, 2019 very disdain for customers - racial discrimination - when Iordered an attitude that was not welcoming and when coffee delivery to me did not open. I could say a sentence and just putdown the coffee cup and left with an annoying hatred as if I were asking for it rather than buying it, I am a regular customerhere but I always come to order coffee brimming with disdain for female employees here - I think Starbuck is a big brand thatlets employees This service attitude will be a small hole in shipwrecks - this is not the first time I've ever been like that,I get so many times every time I go to buy coffee - I go to buy with money, not to ask I need to be respected or at least havea cheerful attitude of service so I have the spirit to enjoy a good cup of coffee. I hope Starbuck listens to my ideas andmoves to revamp the attitude of serving the female staff here. This is inside a safeway and the staff is not like a regular stand alone Starbucks. The drinks come out ok but for sone reason... never the same way they do coming from a regular Starbucks. For a quick grab of coffee and if you are not getti g somespecialty drink it's not too bad. Very convenient to have it there, right in the grocery store if you are going to do someshopping anyways that's for sure. Read more
Today is busy line Starbucks in Safeway,I come here often ,and Customer said Isabella is one of the Asian girl is the best and... she know what she is doing with brewing coffee, coffee flavor is good when she is working she is great service but most of staff terrible ,need training more. Go to a different Starbucks. This one is located in Safeway and they're not a full retailer so can't make certain drinks. They... usually only have one person working so expect to wait a good 20 minutes for your coffee. Read more
I am a person who really loves Starbucks. The reason I go to this store is because it is 'only' close to work. However, every... time I visit this store, I am disappointed. Every time I go to Starbucks, the smiles of the staff make me feel better. The staffat this store, who don't want to work all the time, are annoyed with my orders, do anything sloppy, and roll their eyes. Itembarrasses me standing in front of it. After placing the order, I saw the behavior of the staff, and I wanted to cancel theorder. I even ordered iced coffee, which was served in a paper cup. My car's cup holders were all wet after 15 minutes. I didn'tunderstand it at all. And this store, not always available on all menus. I felt so bad that I complained to my co-workers. Myco-workers had the same thoughts as me. I want the owner to give his employees essential training. Read more
