Very poor management here. The manager took my order for beyond chicken and took payment only to try and swap it out for actual... chicken. Why he thought that was a valid substitution is beyond comprehension. Refused to cancel my entire order. Wasted 20 minswaiting in the drive thru for this because they are not doing dining in or even take out.. Read more

Nasty looking dried brown stuff inside the bag and on the wrappers of my food. Does not look like simply beans. It looks to me... like extremely old food which has me wondering how long has it been there and how did they not notice. Absolutely disgusting. Read more
Drive thru only as of 8/21/21, mediocre original fried chicken, dry biscuit w/ no margarine, and the mashed potatoes & gravy... just wasn't good. I wasn't expecting much from fast food but this was my first KFC trip in many years & this will nowdefinitely be my last KFC experience. Read more
I order k2 and they gave me wrong order. I asked a bout crispy they gave me orginal dark meet. I suppose to get white meet. The... teller in the window was very rude that he told me what the F you talking. I am very disappointed. I can understand they werevery busy , line was wrong and it was heavy raining. Woodbridge location was closed so I went up to annandale location since they close at 1am. It was 11pm when I went through the... drive through. There were 3 cars infront of me and several behind me when I ordered. I got the $30 fill up and replaced the coleslaw with fries. I asked for extra crispy and was told they didnt have any. Sure, I'll take some regular. Chicken was very dry,I work in fast food. That chicken was at least 2 hours old. Fries were also cold, usually you wanna eat a few fries on the drivehome, but they were lukewarm, not even appetizing. The only redeeming quality were the tenders. They were juicy and fresh.
