First time here. I will say the food is good. We placed our border which constisted of A1 - Boneless pieces of chicken breast... marinated in special herbs over grill comes with rice and naan and a side. We had chicpeas. We also ordered A9 - Combination ofLamb & Ground Beef Kabob with rice and naan. We had a side order of chicpeas. I also ordered a side of eggplant. After weordered we were offered some soup to try which was absolutely delicious. The food was really good but but it took 30 minutes toget food for dining in. There were people there who arrived after we ordered and received there food before us. There take outis very popular and busy. I don't think I will eat in again. I will most likely do a to go order. This place is DISGUSTING. I pickup food from here all the time and found a big long piece of hair and my chicken was undercooked... and too chewy they refused to give me a refund and told me to write a bad review instead. Flame kabob in Springfield is MUCHbetter and would never treat a paying customer like that. Fantastic food. Takes a bit long to come out but well worth the wait

The Good: is gone ?The Bad: service has sunk from poor to abysmal, (the restaurant signage & website), "order online to save... time" is a complete hoax, yesterday online order to pick up was 1+ hour ? The Ugly: Food quality, awful. Overall impression ofthe staff: utter chaos; observing the staff spoon out overcooked baklava with a plastic picnic fork, embarrassing. The Afghancarrayee - one small ($19.95) bowl of greasy goop (see attached). If there was lamb in this product it was less than atablespoon. The staff?s hygiene and food handling practices (right in front of the customers)?simply gross!...
