While the tasting menu has its spots, I won't be going here again. The service and atmosphere were incredible I must... say. However, the food was just okay (the chicken was straight up not good). For the price there are dozens of restaurantswithin walking distance that offer the same type of food (even better taste imo) way bigger portions for significantly lessprice. The amount of food was so small, our group of 2 ordered a pizza from across the street afterwards. Read more

I used to live in Korea and the food was fusion but great. It was just filling enough but you weren't stuffed at the end. All... the plates are to share and everything is well presented and the waitstaff clean up the table and plates between courses raisingthe level to feel like fine dining. Only knock was the use of paper napkins - just felt off with the whole upscale vibe. Read more

Okay, honestly here?s the thing with this place?.if you are a food critic and just love trying new things or enjoy going to... those restaurants where they give you small portions this is a good place for that. I mean it is a ?taste menu? for a reasonit?s whatever they are serving that day is what?s in the menu nothing else. There were 9 ppl at our table, $80 per person, Iguess bc there were more ppl in our table they had to bring three plates of the same thing to be split between all of us, andthat?s how it was for the four dishes of entree, salad and dessert, everything was spicy so if you don?t like spicy don?t gothere. Even the chocolate in the dessert was spicy. I give it a 3 star for the experience bc overall it was a fun. I wouldn?t goback though to be honest I rather go down the street to ?The Block? and eat some of the same food options. Not to mention myhubby did go to McDonald?s after there bc he was still hungry! Hahah I wouldn?t take kids there either it?s not kid foodfriendly, my 11 year old would have been disappointed if he would have gone haha. Read more

Second time eating at this restaurant. Food was still very good, and the price is very reasonable for the quality of food you... get. They also offer some innovative cocktails. In the evening we went out, their AC was not working property, and it was a hotevening. But the staff did the best to accommodate the situation, having large fans out and offering free glasses of sparklingwine. My only suggestion is that their interior design could be improved in the long run. Tables and chairs in the restaurantlook like they are made with cheap materials. They also have fake plants in some tables. I don?t they enhance the experience atthe restaurant. That said, it was a good experience overall. Read more

This is ?New American?! Great fusion of a little bit of everything with a backbone of Korean! This is ?New American?. The... chef and his staff did a great job at hosting my fiancée and our friends to celebrate her bday! They made us feel welcomed andfilled us up with great tasting food! Only reason for the 4 stars is some dishes could be refined a tad bit more! But overallthis was an amazing experience that I recommend for everyone!!! Read more

Yummy tasting menu experience! My personal favorite was the dduk. Bright lemongrass flavored curry with great rice cakes and... topped crunchy noodles, yum. Hwe was a fabulous rice and salmon salad. The scorched rice balls were excellent (a highcompliment from me since I don't normally like scorched rice). GuEe and greens came out together. Guee was a new York strip ontop of mashed sweet potatoes. Our entire table was entranced by the creaminess of the potatoes. Excellent steak temperature andflavor. Greens a standard salad with arugula. Ssam - ah our duck wraps. This was the hands down favorite from the rest of thetable. Every item of the wrap was excellently flavored. I ended up with 2 incredible slices of duck and 1 very tough one thatrequired knit precutting since I couldnt chew it apart. Would have like a few more pieces of pickled cabbage. Walnut ssamjang isfabulously creative and deliciously executed. Juk- the risotto-porriage fusion. Chef delivered the plate and declared it hisrisotto with an identity crisis. So many flavors and textures! While all the flavors were excellent, the number of mushroomsgenerous.... I'm not sure risotto rice made the best porridge? But I'm also not sure it made the best risotto? Drinks! I triedsips of several cocktails. The In Between was very nicely spiced. Seoul Si mule is a mint-less mojito (sad face, would likemore ginger beer). My winner was the YuJa shandy - both smooth and sharp citrus taste and a smooth beer under the lovelyfoam. Reservation easy to make on exploretock.com from the restaurant website. Easy to find location with plenty of parking inthe lot. A little too dimly lit inside but can be forgiven. Attentive service and worth going again. Read more

Excellent food and service with creative and well-executed dishes. Like how the courses boldly with Galbi over hash browns.... Every dish was tasty and the portion sizes were generous. Good vibes by the staff and the ambiance was classy but casual. Read more
