The ambiance is like bringing the outdoor indoors and though interesting it was missing energy. Largely dead on a Friday night.... I suspect its overly priced food and drinks that don't 1) deliver an experience worth paying the price or 2)unique food thatwarrant the pricing or 3) fine dining or drinks that calls for the high price. It was $30 for a plate of fruit that would havebeen $12 at Safeway. I would have been ok paying that if there was presentation that took time thus the expense but it was aplate of sliced fruit. It was middle of the road not bad not good but certainly not worth coming back because you can onlycommand those prices if you deliver the experience, exceptional service or good food above bar quality. I think if they investin those 3 things we may have to make reservations due to the popularity. If not, I would hate to see another business in thisstruggling economy become victim of closure. I would give a 0 star if I could. I do not know if their foods are tasty but I know their customer service is trash. My husband... and I arrived at around 7:00PM. There was no one at the front, no customers were seen so we thought they were closed but thesign said ?open?. I had to yell out ?hello? 3-4 times and still no one responded. Finally, when I literally screamed ?hello?twice, a gentleman came out with all the to go orders. I asked ?are you open??, he nodded and pointed to a seat. No goodevening, hello no nothing. Just point. Cool. Maybe he can?t talk. When we sat down, we grabbed the menu that was already on thetable and the same gentleman brought us some tea water (this was around 7:10PM). Shortly after, 2 customers walked in and satright behind us. The gentleman took their order first even though they came after us. We waited for him to come back to take ourorders but he never came back. We walked out at 7:41PM. This place is a joke. Never again. Read more
I love coming here for gatherings and parties. The service is pretty good and the food is great.. It can get a little pricey but... when you have a large group, it is well worth your money! Read more

Perfection, ordered the seafood with rice. A bit hesitant that it wasn't going to be enough but we ended up taking the rest... home. Luckily our server assured us we were good with our portion. I don't usually like hot pot like that but had 2-3 bowls,great flavor! Ambience make me feel like I was in Korea alleyway spot. Staff, host, manager were super friendly. Foods and drinks are over priced. Portions are very small and not decorated enough. Bathrooms were disgusting, no soaps. The... soap and paper towel dispenser was broken. The karaoke room had only one monitor. It smelled like cigarettes inside theroom. Also, the restroom lock won't work. The servers weren't really nice. People find this place because no other restaurantsopen this late. This place closes around 1 or 2AM. Read more
