What happened to burgers made fresh when ordered.? My double stack burger wasnt even warm. Spend your money elsewhere.
Very slow service but the food was right. However they reduce the amount of fries you get when you ask for no salt.
The bathroom was very small and only 1 toilet had paper. The rude lady on the other stall not only wouldn't share paper but gave... me dirty looks for asking. Not Wendy's fault thou. Read more
Wendy's in Anna Ohio the girls was very rude went there got a sandwich stayed there 15-20 minutes waited to get a sandwich went... out the door went to eat it they gave me the wrong sandwich then had to go back and spend another 15 minutes waiting to get theright sandwich not very happy with this customer service we'll be contacting corporate office when I went back the second timelaid the wrong sandwich on the counter told the girl that I got the wrong sandwich she pushed it back to me which was rudelittle redhead Brianna very rude none of them was very polite at all those smiling face had no customer service experience orthey just didn't give a s*** one Read more
Save your money and go somewhere else. I ordered a breakfast combo and the potatoes were hotter than the coffee for one.... Secondly the bacon egg and cheese sandwich had no bacon on it. Thanks for ripping me off. Never will I go back to yourrestaurant and if I could give zero stars I would. I guess 16 bucks an hour doesn't get much anymore. Read more

Listen this is the closest wendys to me so i stopped on my way home tonight, order the same thing i always do, i get home and... open my baconator no mayo add mustard. The bacon is just wrapped up with the sandwich not on it, the bun is shreded, there is aleast 2 hefty squirts of mustard and a large dollop of mayo. Now if this was the first time it wouldnt bother me but it is farfrom. A waste of my time and money to drive 10min and spent 13 bucks to not be able to eat the meal. Read more
