Waited in the drive through for at least a half an hour to find out at the window that they weren't able to cook any impossible... burgers. I would have appreciated a hand written sign on the outdoor menu stating that. Next time I'll call first to make suremy half hour wait will be worth it. So disappointed ??. Read more

The food was amazing but the person who took our order never asked what we wanted to drink with our combos so we got to the... window to pay and he had made us both cokes my husband asked him why he assumed we wanted coke and he said I don't know so myhusband explained to him that he was dietetic and couldn't drink that and the guy said so you don't want a drink? The longest wait time for the shortest line. There was one car ahead of us waiting to order for 25 minutes. We were then at at... speaker box for over 30 minutes. The gentleman greeted us after 5 minutes and said there would be a wait— but 30 minutes?There was no one else in line in front of us. We ended up pulling off right at the hour mark, still with no food. Caution! If you are reading this, Do NOT go to this location! I am from Ohio, and I went to this White Castle in Ann Arbor, on... Oct 22 2022, around 7pm. I went inside to dine in, I was very excited since there are no White Castle restaurants near me. Weplaced an order, the old manager taking the order was beyond rude. We waited 30min, still no food, but hardly any customers inthe lobby. The customers that did come in, she served them before us every time. Every single order they handed out wasincorrect. We continued to wait 45min, still no food but about 5 customers came and went and 3 door dash drivers. I finallyasked for my money back and left hungry and so upset. The place was so nasty. Sticky, dirty tables and chairs, disgusting popmachine covered in pop, no straws, the manager kept getting angry everytime another person came in. Another customer said he wasfrom out of state and wanted a crave case, she told him that it would be an extremely long wait. Maybe they just hate peoplefrom out of state? I am in food service for over 15 years now, I understand short staffing, but I do not understand payingpeople $15 hour, just to be there who are not helping the customers in anyway, how does that make sense? They are destroying thenostalgia of what White Castle is to everyone. Side note..they had a package of hamburger patties thawing on the back dish sinkdirectly under chemicals...this is such a health violation for so many reasons. Just shut it down! Read more
