I am grateful for such sincere customer service and I will continue to support this location. The prices are beyond fairfor the quantity and quality of food. In addition to their amazing traditional flavors; they have the best Cauliflower PizzaCrust option it's actually one of my son's favorites. The Pasta, Wings/Ribs, Cheesy Breads/Salads, Calzones and such seem to getbetter each time we order. Ooooh and the desserts here are delicious with many homemade options. Wings were perfect!! The pizza could have been cooked a tad longer, but overall was VERY impressed for our first time!
Me and the son enjoyed a cheese pizza from here. No complaints. Delicious crust, sauce, and cheese. The only exception was they... forgot to flavor the crust....minus one star. Lo siento. Read more
A good 4-ish stars pizza place. We ordered the deluxe pizza and we'll, it was really loaded! I liked the taste of the dough... which was well cooked, not dry. The price was ok given the tons of toppings and I was wondering if by reducing them just alittle the pizza could get more affordable and easy to eat (it was so loaded that the toppings were too much weight for thebread). Staff was super kind, polite, even giving free cookies to my kids. I didn't have any issue ordering, it wasstraightforward, and the waiting time was really short for ordering take out at the counter (about 10 to 15 min). Read more
Took 90 minutes after having to show up twice and they didn?t know what happened to our order. Sat and waited for it finally,... then one of the pizzas was raw. Guys were apologetic and gave us the pizza for free, but we would?ve been better off somewhereelse. Won?t be going back. Read more
A little pricey in my opinion for what we ordered. Deluxe 16" pizza plus one pound of traditional wings in Italian (which was... about 8 wings). Even after $10 Groupon, it was still $33, which included a tip. However, food was decent! I'll go back to checkout other items on menu and try a different ???? to make my way through the list. Called in order but there was still about anadditional 15-20 minute wait upon arrival. A gentleman in line ahead of me waited to order but eventually left. 4 stars for thewait and pricing ???? Date of order: 30-Sep-2020. Review has nothing to do with the actual quality of the product, has everything to do with... accuracy. Ordered (online) Mediterranean and specified peppers (i.e. pepper rings) and black olives only on half. Instead theyadded pepper rings to the whole pizza and added green peppers to half (which I didn't pay for and didn't want). On top of this,ordering directly through the store's website was told 25 minutes. At 30 minutes my pizza wasn't even in the oven! By the timeI got it, was twice the original estimate (50+ minutes). I wouldn't bother with this review but this is at least the secondtime the pizza was made wrong and probably the 5th time it has taken way longer than the estimate. It's unfortunate that thepizza is good as many pizza places in Ann Arbor are really just average. I may try once more but that will be the last time ifit happens again. Read more
The yellow peppers had gone bad. Luckily there was very few as well as the other ingredients were so sparse as to render this... object to be flavored bread and not a pizza. This is exactly how to kill a business. To put out this very poor product, theowners, the managers, corporate should have their paychecks withheld. Do some secret shopping and see why you won?t be sellingpizzas much longer. Read more
