There seemed to be only one person working there at the time and they forgot to give us our donut. When we went inside to get it... and a receipt (I like having my receipts so I can look at them later) they were very nice about it and apologized. It wasunderstandable and not a big problem. Aside from taking 26 minutes to get from the order screen to the window, the food sucked. I ordered a simple bagel toasted with... cream cheese. Perhaps the bagel was warm at some point during the long wait, but it definitely wasn't toasted. You can see inthe picture that it is not. Further more, where is the cream cheese? I took a few bites and discovered that they had applied Inearly undetectable amount of cream cheese. I would have gone back if they hadn't wasted so much of my time on my way to work. Read more
Waited 27 minutes for 4 coffees and 4 simple breakfast sandwiches. Eggs looked old, sandwiches were a joke, and all the... employees (besides one) were very unprofessional and not helpful. Another guy in line asked to check on his coffee (after about25 minutes of waiting) and the lady making his coffee was very rude and then didn?t even put ice in his iced coffee. Anotheremployee was telling another customer how he hates working there and he would rather work in a bar. I understand working in thefood business is very tough right now due to understaffing and shortages, but no one was being rude to the employees and all thecustomers were very patient and kind. The employees did not need to treat their customers like this. Out of the 4 sandwiches,not one was edible and we ended up throwing everything away. 3/4 of the coffees were decent, but the pumpkin spice latte wasundrinkable, not sure how it was messed up but the flavoring was gross and we ended up throwing this away too. Spent somewherearound $50 all together and was unable to eat/drink about 70% of what we purchased. Super disappointed with this service andfood/drink quality. I understand things are tough right now and I didn?t expect super high quality but I think they can do alittle better than this. Read more
Pros- Tim-bits and iced cap we?re good, employee was friendly. Cons- Bathroom was Disgusting (see photos), hasn?t been cleaned... in a looong time. Ordered two chicken chipotle wraps, one without tomato, both had no tomatoes. Also lettuce was wilted andgross. Would not stop here again? Read more
Today is November 23rd at 8:28 AM and the workers here are terrible. I went inside and got 3 donuts and a coffee, and my coffee... taste bitter. Then I decided that I wanted to get a sandwich so I went to the drive-through before I left. I ordered A bacon eggand cheese croissant that ended up being cold in the middle, and a hash brown that was luke warm and hard around the edge. Ittasted and smelled old. And before I got my food I had asked if I could have some kind of sweetener to add to my coffee which henever even acknowledged and then he came back with 2 Light cream containers at work even sweetener.
