I come here only because I have to. There is nothing else close to my work. Every breakfast sandwich I get tastes great, but... looks horrible. The kitchen staff just slap it together and nothing is aligned so it kind of falls apart. Their hot coffee ishorrible. Took one sip and then I poured it down the sink! The order staff can't do basic math. They tried to charge me over$7.60 for a $6.36 order. I confronted the lady about it and she responded "yes, but you have to add tax". I'm sorry, 6% tax on a$6 order is 36c, not $1.60!! They also don't have items available on the Tim Hortons app despite the restaurant I'm at beingselected. I was told they don?t serve croissant with ham and cheese in the morning bc it?s only a lunch item. Also, ordered a pumpkin... latte, they gave me an iced coffee that didn?t taste like pumpkin at all. Normally lattes are hot in my world.. maybe next timethey should ask if iced or hot. I ordered a Chi Tea latte with oat milk. (There almond milk was recalled). When I tasted it later at work, it didn?t taste... right. I called the manager and she informed me I ordered a latte which contained espresso. This made me furious because I?vebeen. Barista in the past and what she made, is referred to a ?dirty chi tea latte?. This isn?t my first terrible experiencewith this Tim Hortons. I?ve gotten raw sandwiches.. I know hard to believe. First time at a Time Hortons since there are none near me. The coffee was good and the donuts were also good. Very light and... fluffy. The chocolate taste great too. A bit on the sweet side but that is too be expected. I would go again when I come tothe area. Surprised they didn't have a bigger variety. They were out of a few we wanted to try but enjoyed the ones they had. Read more

This place is horrible.. I went inside to order donuts and the staff ignored the counter. I went through the drive through (my... son really wanted donuts) and that was a mistake. I ordered 10 birthday cake timbits - I gave the cashier $50.15 for a $3.15order. They only gave me $46 back. I asked them for my additional $1 and they couldn't grasp they didn't give me the correctchange. I told multiple people I gave $50.15 and should have received $47 back. It's only a $1, but the fact that a businesscannot give the correct change is an issue. On top of all of this one girl double checked that my order was correct and after weleft my son looked in the box and it wasn't correct. Will never go back to this location. Read more
This place is terrible. How difficult is a toasted bagel with extra cream cheese? My bagel is NOT toasted and there's barely any... cream cheese. I pay extra for the cheese, and there's barely any on here! I would give this place no stars if I could! Read more
The food is on par with other Tim Hortons I?ve visited. Service a little uneven, but I realize in these times staffing is... difficult. I have experienced some really friendly and courteous service from a number of employees. One recent issue I?ve had,which I?m wondering if management can address: Sometimes the business is closed during hours it?s listed to be open. Again, Iassume it?s staffing-related, but: Is there any way you can indicate you?re not open to those waiting in the drive-through line?There are people queued up there currently, for example, because the menu signs are illuminated giving every impression they?llbe able to order. The patient customers may end up waiting 4-5 minutes before realizing there?s no one in the building. Even ifthe circumstances are out of your control, it communicates a real disregard for customers not to find some way to address thisproblem. Read more
