Horrible experience with the owner ladie.. 1st. I returned a disgusting drink of boa bo tea.(the worst I've ever had by far) ... and most expensive .. 2nd. The owner would not refund me or at least exchange it.... after arguing with the owner, securitycame over,listened to my situation and recommended that i file a complaint... 3rd.. two customers behind me in line weredisgusted how the owner acted and left. So the business lost three customers because she (the owner) would not exchange adisgusting drink that she admitted was old and stale because I purchased it at the end of the day. This place is smithSMAZING!!! The lady's super nice and informative, plus they have soo many things you can add to ur drink... (vitiminC,protein,finding and like 12 others. This is a must visit if u like smoothies. Only downside is price, but its worthit!!! Read more

Poor Quality products and rude customer service: My daughter ordered a pineapple coconut orange smoothie that did not taste... right. She attempted to get something else but the staff worker who was a male laughed at her and would not give her somethingdifferent. My daughter then went to my wife who tasted it and agreed there was something wrong with the drink. My wife thenapproached a lady working who said she the owner. My wife explained the situation and the lady refused to accommodate ourrequest. The "owner" then became hostile towards my wife and daughter. We highly recommend that you spend your money somewhereelse next time you are in Briarwood Mall. Read more
