I am a union worker and I get the point and benefits of collective bargaining. Unfortunately today we sat in the drive through... line for quite awhile. It was around 1pm in the afternoon. The worker came on the speaker with a cheery hi guys. Then told usthat they were closing the drive through and weren?t taking any more orders. No explanation for why or what was going on. In thepast the beverage I would buy here cost about $6.35. I would pay with a $10 and leave all of my change for a tip. No morevisits after today?s debacle. So my 50% tips in support of food service workers will go to Biggby. It?s a Michigan company anddeserves the support. Read more

The staff are wonderful & this is nothing against them but the inconsistency between when the store is open/closed and the... mobile ordering has long been ridiculous, a waste of time and honestly starting to become a waste of my money. I don?t know whyI still bother to come here. Ill place a mobile order WAY ahead of time because I?m familiar with the long wait times here, justto get to the store and the doors to be locked and the only way to retrieve the items I already paid for is to sit in the verylong drive through line. This is the deal breaker for me because it?s not like I can cancel the order, it?s already paid for andprobably melting waiting for me to pick it up. On top of that, I?m now late for work or class. There?s been a few times I?veleft without my order and just lost out on my own money because of this. If they?re going to lock the doors - they need to turnthe mobile ordering off. This is the last time I?ll be returning to this store for a long time - I?m in line right now, almostlate for class because of it. Read more

Disappointed with the coffee I received through drive thru today. I don't typically go to Starbucks but was gifted a gift card... so thought it was a nice treat today. The coffee was barely luke warm! I didn't preorder so I am not sure what happened:/. Read more

Used to be great, I loved this place. Maybe corporate is using tactics because of the unionizing, but whatever the reason it... seems like a really unhappy place to work, employees seem miserable and the customer experience seems the same. Now they aren'topen when posted hours, the inside looks so neglected it's confusing, they are constantly out of items and the whole placeseems indifferent to customer service. Read more

This is by far the worst Starbucks I?ve ever been to. They are constantly shutting down the store due to protests and other... random reasons. They are closed more than any other location I?ve ever been to. The drive through lines are insanely long here, and I?d say about 1/3 of the time after waiting all that time I?m told they are out of what I want. Often times they are out ofmultiple things I ask for. I now travel out of my way to go to other locations. I?m done spending money here. Read more

Just a bad location. Long waits, often understaffed which might explain why they can be so mean here. Other reviews have... mentioned this. I think maybe the staff have had bad experiences with low income or homeless people? I've seen some employeesopenly disrespect a specific type of customer. Wish there was something that could be done. Read more

Every time i go to this branch i need to wait for a long time at least for a 20 minute. The baristas are not professional.... Always you have to wait in this branch specially. Bad management. About one year ago they are the same you will never have yourcoffee on time regardless you order ahead or a pick up order. Read more

Only 4 larger tables that seat 4 people. Others are small round tables that is good for 1-2 people. In general it?s clean but... not ideal for longer stay. Read more
