Very bad experience at this location this morning. It was a 45 minute wait for coffee. The workers are awesome and deserve so... much better than this. This was poorly organized and no one had a heads up in the app there was such a long wait. I regret thisvisit today. Avoid this morning. Read more

At one time this was a favorite hangout for us but this visit put a damper on it. First the music was horrible - why do... establishments believe the hard pounding techno-beat music is a soothing way to sit and relax with a coffee or chat with afriend? The coffee already hypes up the cardio system; pounding beat music is not necessary! The coffees were simple, from theurn, cups that were barely lukewarm; and staff were not friendly when asked for a hot cup of coffee. Apparently it is too muchto ask for a microwave. I wish I could give this location 10 stars. I literally drive by a closer SBux just to come to this location. They are always so... nice and constantly offer my dog a treat, some of the baristas even remember his name and pet him. Something small but it alwaysmakes me smile that they made the effort, I know they are a lot of pets. I?ve never had a bad drink from here. They get VERYbusy, but you still never have to wait too long. Read more
