So disappointing. I understand restaurants are under pressure but that?s why we decided to eat out and support a local... restaurant. We ordered ~$100 for 3 people. First issue was no banchan. They added it to our order after we questioned itexplaining that we should have called in vs ordering on line (we used the link on their web page to order so why would that bedifferent from calling?). We got home and then found out they?d left out the 10 pc Korean fried chicken we?d ordered. We calledback and had a big run around. They told us we could request refund from online ordering service (again we used their link onTHEIR website). I had to go back to get the chicken as there was no refund. The lady at the front was surprised I came back (itwas the principal of it). Quite the hassle. Not worth coming back - lots of other Korean options in Ann Arbor much better thanthis. Read more
The food was excellent. We came in on a very snowy night, so the warm and delicious food was very welcome! The restaurant is a... good size and the menu looked very good and authentic Korean. The braised short ribs (gal-bi) were especially delicious. Thespicy isn't very spicy, but was still delicious. We didn't try the barbeque, but others around us did and it smelled amazing. OMG! This place is amazing.. The food is really good! What a experience for the appetizers... I didn't know what i was doing but... i really enjoyed eating them haha.. Was just a random pick we chose for dinner but ended up being a wonderful dinner. My husband and I still talk about how... delicious the dinner was. For sure will go back when we are in town. Very authentic and worth a try if you are wondering. Iwould like to say this was before covid and have read a lot of new posts. Sounds like take out may have issues.
