Dude was patient with me. Nice guy at the front. But you get your food and get out of store. You don?t eat here.

Walked in 30 minutes after opening. Only half the of the options were prepped. Started my bowl, no fajitas. Guy assured me it... would be only a couple minutes. 10 minutes later, they were ready. Then there was no guac, manager said it would be 10-15minutes. I waited then went back up to be told it would properly be another hour?.. 30 minutes wasted, walked out withoutanything. I have worked at chipotle, which is essentially the same. It makes me wonder if they know they are supposed to havethe food prepped prior to opening, not starting to cook the food once you open. Don't order online here. You will never get your food if they are busy. They refused to make the online order they had a ticket... for until the guests eating in, in line where served. Wated 20 minutes from them to start the order and they did not. Why haveonline and door Dash treating them like that? Should be ready for pickup sooner. Read more

Ordered online. Went to pickup at my specified time and was told it would be done shortly. After 20 minutes one of the staff... asked if I needed anything. Turns out my food was done when I walked in. I had my doubts on Qdoba after they slashed their menuduring the pandemic, but this is yet another restaurant I will no longer patronize. You can?t cut service because labor is moreexpensive. It?s going to continue to drive away customers. Read more

We ordered from here 2 weeks ago and it was perfect. Today our order was messed up. I have a verification what I ordered and... what we got was NOT right. We live 30 minutes from the restaurant so going back isn't an option. Not sure if we will orderagain. Qdoba you can do better... 3 small pieces of meat on 2 items costing $20 is not acceptable. I placed an order at 8:56pm via the mobile website. The hours of the store specifically say 10pm on the website and google so... after it was placed I left to get my order. I got there at 9:20pm and was told that my order came in after they closed so it wasnot made and wasn?t going to be made. I would have zero issue if the store specified it closed at 9pm (I wouldn?t have evenordered having worked in food service myself before), but google and the store site specifically say this location closes at10pm. On the door of the store there is no closing time for Sunday even. I also find it to be terribly rude that my order wasseen, decidedly not made, and nobody reached out to contact me. My number and email were all on the order that was clearly seen.Instead, they waited for me to get there to tell me, so not only was my money wasted, but my time and gas as well. Who doesthat? At least have the decency to call somebody, even an email would have sufficed, but I got nothing instead. Mind you it wasthe manager who told me about the situation, and somebody else?s order was sitting on the pickup rack. They genuinely chose justnot to make my order. Love Qdoba! The staff here was so great!! I got the nacho bowl, which I didn't know was a thing - at least in the way it was... prepared. It was delicious, so much food, so worth the cost! Plus got my favorite chips to go along with it. Will probably be mygo to option next time I'm here! Read more

I ordered a taco salad from grubhub 2 times. The first time it was amazing. The second time, about a month later, I ordered the... exact same thing and they FORGOT the salad lettuce. Tried contacting them with no answer, went through Grubhub chat who gotsomeone at the restaurant to answer and they apologized to the Grubhub rep but still insisted they made the order right and thatI was wrong. Grubhub comped my account 10 dollars but the restaurant should have acknowledged their screw up. Read more
